This is the BEST Publix EVER! A couple days ago, I had a medical emergency inside the store. Completely unexpected. I was with my aunt (thank goodness) when it happened. The manager Emily was on duty and she and her staff took IMMEDIATE action! They called EMS and assisted me and my Aunt like a pro! Everyone stayed calm and kept me at ease until help arrived. Later, Emily offered to complete our shopping list for us. SN: I was fine after being evaluated by EMS. She helped my Aunt while I rested in my car. Made sure our groceries were kept cold and all. She even got my Aunt’s phone number so she could check in with me in a couple days. Like, who does that?!?! Hands down some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced!!!! Another reason why I love this store! Definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A six-pack of terlet paper for $16.59 This is laughable and fairly typical of the prices you'll find here on many items. You'll also see "sell by" dates and no "packaged on" dates. Deceptive practices with no integrity.

Best subs! Unfortunately if you order the chicken tender sub on the app you get less than half of the chicken. I suggest you order it in person to make sure you don’t get ripped off.

👍I'm (once again) very impressed with how good the service is here, particularly during this busiest time of year. Prompt service with a smile. That, above all, makes it worth the extra dollar here. In addition, the shelves are always very well stocked, and the produce is always fresh and beautifully displaced. The aisles are narrow, compared to other Publix stores, because this one is a bit older and smaller. That said, unless you walk or take the bus, accessibility is a challenge. The parking lot is terrible. Walking from your car to store entrance feels unsafe because of the narrow, angular parking slots. The pick-up / drop-off zone is often congested. It seems like an accident waiting to happen. Other than that, it's a decent store.

I regret choosing this Publix almost every time I go. The cashiers are so rude. I always greet them, ask how they’re doing and try to be kind but I’m met with a blank stare or no response, it makes me feel like I’m not welcome. We are in a primarily black neighborhood, and I am a white woman… I’m not sure if this comes in to play.

They're always out of the particular products I'm looking for...am forced to go to the other Publix less than a half mile away that is fully stocked, very disappointed. Please require your employees that smoke to go behind the store... have you seen how many cigarette butts are in an alcove at the front entrance to the store? Disgusting

Clean, helpful, friendly people, amazing selection and service. Groceries on the pricier side, but it's because they treat and compensate their employees well. So the polar opposite of Walmart 😁

So much better And all the other supermarkets. so clean. Fresh fruit and veggies that look healthy. I shop here as often as I possibly can .. Only hiccup is it's a little more Pricey

Publix is great. Subs are amazing. Sales always going. Stocking is on point. Just the smell sometimes and the armed security officer make me a little less than able to give it my full 5 stars.
