To be fair - all Publix are busy especially the deli. This location in particular can get very busy at the deli. The store is always clean, stocked, quality food, and for the most part has great customer service. I feel like the deli operations should be reviewed/revised. There has been numerous times I ordered online for pick-up and my order isn’t ready, made incorrect, or they didn’t get it? You’re better off going in person and wait in line to order. If you’re on lunch break, work meeting, or on a time crunch - do not count of this location to have your order ready to go in a timely manner. Also recommendation - with any subs with chick tenders, maybe ease up slightly on the amount. I got a 1/2 sub and I got so much chicken it was overkill and kinda ruins sub & eating experience.

I know at least three families that bypass their neighborhood Publix to shop at this one. Why? It’s got it all. Really nice ethnically diverse older and younger staff and shoppers; wide, bright, cheery, organized aisles; and some items you can’t find at smaller stores (great sushi; faster service at the deli counter; a shelf for made in Florida foods; and a selection of pumpkins—- why don’t they have pumpkins in my Orlando Publix stores?) and mellow hits music.

Wow! I was very impressed. All the employees of this store that I interacted with were professional, attentive, and very kind. I live in Hialeah. Some Publix employees from Hialeah and Surfside can learn a thing or two from them.

Do not recommend placing online sub orders. They started making the sandwich 30 minutes after the pick up time and when I got it, it was made wrong. You won't save time by ordering online and risk having a wrong order.

At the deli. Watching an employee at the deli cashier staring at two other deli employees as they slowly make sandwiches with a four person line. These employees are not being managed properly. This is not an efficient use of time or resources.

My 2nd shopping location as my usual Publix parking lot was under 2 feet of water. Prices here are higher than the by my house should be the same. Between the 2 great service and nice checkout people.

Deli is the worst. 20 minute wait with 1 person ahead of me is really ridiculous. Tried ordering online on a past order, got there 5 minutes later than the posted time for the sub to be ready and when I got to the deli, the sub wasn’t even made. Very bad!
