3rd time that I go to this Publix bakery and dealt with the same rude employee. The older gentleman with the glasses at the bakery has no mannerism nor customer service. I am not sure who in charge of the hiring but you shouldn’t have employees who clearly do not want to work at your location. This gentleman has been extremely rude every time I ask a question or pick up an order. He never has a clue of what’s going on, if you ask for a pickup he tells you there’s no order under the name given when clearly the order is there and another employee has to come and hand it over. I have been coming to the Abacoa Publix for years now and have never experience the terrible customer service this man has provided. Employees like him bring a bad name to your business and will reroute your customers to another supermarket. Either go to work and do your job like you are supposed to or stay home with your terrible customer service. I hope who ever is in charge can help solve this employees behavior as it has tarnished my experience here. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Publix again.

This is my favorite Publix in Jupiter. It's the only one I can parallel park in front of and it has my favorite Pasta Sauce Lynora's Marinara and Tomato Basil. Try some you'll love it too!

Prices are very high and some of the employees are not friendly. I stopped shopping there 4 months ago. We had been customers for years. Saving approximately 600.00 a month going to Aldis. Extremely happy with their selection, prices and atmosphere. I don't enjoy writing a bad review but feel they are taking advantage of the fact we all need to eat.

My little sister and I had always heard great things about Publix. We arrived today, two very weary travelers from Seattle, completely sleep deprived. We came to Jupiter for a medical procedure and needed to stock up for a long week of healing ahead. The staff was so polite and helpful! Brad, the manager, he was warm, friendly, and professional. We chatted with him, shamelessly begging for a Publix of our own in the Pacific Northwest. Upon being checked out I couldn’t believe it, my bill was half of what we pay at home. This location is exceptionally clean and well stocked. Every aisle has completely full shelves. Every department was inviting and had personnel on hand to take care of their customers. The store was busy but the employees maintained their great work ethic. Kudos to the management. I've been to many Publix stores but this one struck me as being an exceptional example of a well run facility. Yes,people do notice !

Thanks to Benjamin for being an amazing employee. I wanted some Papaya chunks and they didn’t have any. He reached out to Brad who collectively made it happen. Love their attention to detail and work ethic!
