The first 3 times I ordered from this place, they got my order wrong each time. This was 3 separate occasions over the course of a whole month. A lot of my co-workers ordered from there regularly but the deliveries were always very late. The food I got always tasted good to their credit, but it was never the item I ordered. It's rather disappointing considering their food tastes pretty good but the service leaves something to be desired.
I see a lot of bad reviews when it comes to deliveries and I now truly understand why. We ordered food for a handful of our coworkers the other day, at a set time mind you as we are a business afterall, and of course they were late. We figured we'd just order extra early this time to give them more time. It took them 2 HOURS to deliver our food(which consisted of bagels and hash browns, nothing complex) and they were STILL LATE. We let the driver know this is unacceptable because it's a regular occurrence. He then tells us to never order from them again and leaves. After calling, the manager defended their poor actions and didn't apologize. Extremely poor customer service. It's a shame considering our company purchased from them quite often and at one point in time their food was pretty decent.

BAD customer service and RUDE owner. I ordered something for my lunch break but arrived over an hour late. I work in a secure facility and no food is allowed at desks so I had to refuse the delivery. I explained that when I ordered I set a delivery time for my lunch break and I would not be allowed to take the food in the building. The driver angrily and LOUDLY told me to NEVER order from there again. This sounded absurd so I called to talk to a manger. I then discovered that the driver is the OWNER. The owner of this company repeated himself on the phone saying to never call or order again. I will take his advice while also making sure my family and friends do the same.

Horrible customer service. Deliveries are always late and they have messed up my order multiple times. When asked to correct the order, employees get extremely defensive and rude and blame the customer for their mistakes. It is clear they do not care for their customers. Highly dissatisfied, will not be ordering from there again.

The food is amazing, every time I order from Primo’s the food is fresh and hot. The delivery always shows up on time or little before the eta. I would rate this place a ten if I could. The owners are awesome

For one, they no longer have gelato. Two, they were opened when we got there a little before noon but everyone looked as if they were still getting ready to open. We only bought drinks (Sprite, Snapple and hot chocolate). The hot chocolate was practically just warm milk and not any chocolate. I paid 2 bucks for warm milk. I don't recommend the place.

I will never order form here again. The delivery was significantly late, the driver had an attitude, the food is sub par, and i tried on 3 different occasions but never again. Spend your money elsewhere
Terrible service and delivery. Waited over an hour for delivery. Called. Asked when it would get here. She said "any minute" (not pleasant). I said my roomate called and you said that 15 mins ago. She said do you want me to check with the driver? I said yes. SHE SAID NOTHING ELSE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and said the call was disconnected. She said, I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO CHECK WITH THE DRIVER. Then she said, we have 20 more minutes to deliver it. I said that my daughter was waiting for the food and that it's already been over an hour. I said I wanted the "PRE-TIP amount" back due to the delivery taking so long. Her response..."YOU KNOW WHAT, YOU CAN KEEP YOUR TIP AND YOUR MONEY FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER B/C WE AREN'T GOING TO DELIVER IT". What a way to run a business. This place is a joke.

Lunch was excellent! I'm also pretty sure they stayed open a little later for me to pick up my to go order, which was greatly appreciated but totally unnecessary. Thank you! So glad we tried it, we will be coming back!
I always order an hour in advance and yet the food still shows up late, and the delivery guy was very unprofessional the last time he brought my order. I Won't be ordering from Primo's again.
