Terrible service/attitude from the girl with long black hair at the window. No emotion. No care behind her voice. Literally frowning. 2 for food because there is never enough of something... doesn't have or too lazy to cook. I'm not sure. No stars for service. The screen glitches and is busted. Seizure warning should be applied. The damn thing was a strobe light

Waited 4 minutes to have my order taken. Waited 25 minutes to get my food. They didn’t have any white meat is what she told me. But I ordered chicken strips. I called the corporate office. They couldn’t give me a refund but they will send the information to that store. It’s been one month later. And I still have not heard from them.

I was looking forward to tasting Popeye's flounder fish sandwich... but was disappointed. The breading was overcooked and thick. No lettuce, cheese, or tomato for $6. The bun looked like it was sat upon. I was hoping for better.

There was only 2 people working. Asked to wait for 10 minutes in drive thru. All I wanted was a two piece meal. Waited 10 more minutes behind another car by the window. Lady came out took my card and came out with my small meal. The pieces were not hot and dry. Never again. Good thing I was not in a hurry. By the way this has happened several times before.

This restaurant has steadily gone down hill over the years. I have given it many chances, many times waiting 15 to 25 minutes after being told it would be 8 minutes for my chicken. On 3/4/23, at approximately 2:30 pm, I ordered the 5 piece spicy chicken strips, aging being told it would be 5 minutes until my order was ready. After waiting about 20 minutes, I received my order. When I got home, I found they gave me only 1 spicy strip with the rest being regular. Then, after closer inspection, the chicken was found to be undercooked (see photo). I did not call in as they only have teens working there. I will never go back to this restaurant. If I were you, I’d stay away from it.

DO NOT ORDER THE SHRIMP. I made the mistake and not only are they don’t devined which is whatever but they still have their tails on!! You have to pull the tails off and if you aren’t sure you have to break up the shrimps. Does not make it fast food at all. They also forgot to put my large fry in the bag and it was a delivery order. Mistakes happen and I understand. My husband enjoyed his tenders and fries but I was disappointed all over. Do not order the shrimp!

Went to pickup my food instead of having it delivered and I’m thankful I did. I’ve worked in food service the majority of my life and I have never seen a franchise this filthy. If you want to get sick, go here, you may not live through it. There was trash everywhere and it smelled so foul. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

What, exactly, is the point of a mobile order if it's not prepared *until* you get to the location? Over 30 mins elapsed from order to pick up, and this is in the middle of a weekday afternoon, the slowest part of the day. I don't blame the workers, I blame management/owners for deliberately short staffing.
