I ordered ghost pepper wings and mashed potatoes and gravy period I got home and they gave me wings without the ghost pepper sauce and rice and beans. Tried to call but they don't even answer their phone. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2

Popeyes Corporation needs to remove the management of this store. A minimum level of intelligence is required to perform the duties at Popeyes. Often this store is not open during their opening hours. Website states they open at 10 AM. Example; December 28,2023 we (& 2 other automobiles) went through the drive-through with no response. We and the 2 other cars, drove around to the parking lot. Tried to enter the store doors. Only to find they were locked. We left after 25 minutes. Don’t know what time they finally opened. If you do visit the store when they decide to offer service, your order (made and paid for) is seldom correct. You do not get; dippers, chosen chicken pieces, full serving of sides, napkins or register receipt. Utilizing the drive-through employees have absolutely no patience with you. It doesn’t seem to matter if you’re not familiar with their menu. Drive-through Menu is a rotating menu (screen changes to show all of your choices) which sometimes is not working. When you ask about things they serve that are not visible on the non-working rotating menu, Employees are short tempered and rude. Employees rush through the ordering process, quickly take your money, disappear from the service window and fail to provide adequate service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered a 12 piece family pack in the drive thru today during lunch and they were very slow and waited over 20 minutes. We were told to pull around and it would be bought to us. We saw people getting their chicken and orders. We went inside and they had two trays of chicken ready (one almost empty) from filling orders after us. They didn't even have our order boxed. Chicken came fresh and hot. Fries were crispy. Staff was good. Seems like it's hit or miss at this location, luckily I hit. 5 stars. UPDATE (5/30/23) 5 stars again, go try ghost pepper wings. Great food and great service. Only problem is that it is a little hard to get to. It is right on the interstate service road but you have to go through another restaurant parking lot or if you miss that turn you have to go past it and go up another street to come back to it. This place is a joke to go to at night. Was there 15 to 20 minutes waiting out in the parking lot to go into the restaurant just to find out my food was done this entire time just sitting on the counter. Love this popeyes! Food and service is great. I get the blackend tenders, and they are always amazing. The only disappointment is that 9 times out of 10, they forget your sauces you asked for. Food tastes excellent, once you get it. Depending on the order it can take a very long time to get it. We were told to pull around to the other side parking lot to wait, and had to go in and ask for it since they did not bring it out after several minutes.
