Stopped by for a quick dinner, opened the bag with our fries & it looked like someone just threw all of them in there. I came in & I’m guessing the General Manager Aletario (I apologize if I spelt in incorrectly) had them remade. I have worked food service all my life, especially in multiple Fast Food chains, & that was just not cool. I mainly mark it up to teens. I get it’s a fast food chain, but still there are standards. This is seriously one of the best Popeyes I've ever been to. Staff is always friendly, they've never EVER shorted me on chicken like it's always plentiful, and my food is always hot and fresh. The location on Kuykendal is a bit closer to my house, but I won't even go there anymore because they'll give you small pieces of chicken and it's not usually hot and fresh, plus they almost ALWAYS forget to give me silverware -_- This location on Tomball Parkway has only ever messed up my order ONCE and that was by giving me spicy tenders when I wanted mild, but it was like 9:30 PM and I still enjoyed my meal, so I was much more willing to forgive that one small mistake. I go here pretty frequently and to me it's worth it because I'm rarely if ever disappointed, that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. They've earned it as far as I'm concerned.

This particular location is subpar with the customer service and quality of chicken. It's a hit/miss depending on what time and day of week you go. Let's just say, there are better popeyes chicken locations around the 249 area.
