Food is good, customer service is pathetic. Waited almost 30 minutes for my order to be wrong and had to wait on them to correct it. Hoping we get another Popeyes at a new location because the one on the south side lacks customer service skills and sense of urgency when getting people's food out in a timely manner. Service is HORRIBLE, extremely too long of a wait for chicken. Average wait 15 - 45 minutes. SENSELESS!!!!!! UPDATE: 12/4/23 still horrible. Did a mobile oder and still had to wait almost 20 minutes after a 10 minute drive after placing the order. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

8 pc chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. The last two times I've been there, the chicken was barely warm. I don't order the mac and cheese anymore either. 36 minutes in the drive through line had me ready to spit nails, but when I got to the window I softened. What a nice man getting my food and drinks together. He was smiling and kind even though I'm sure everyone he was encountering pulled up with an attitude. I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a lemonade. The sandwich has some kick, but there is a LOT of breading that makes the already greasy sandwich even more so. I liked the flavor, but found myself pulling hunks of breading off before I took each bite. Delicious lemonade! My daughter got a mild 3 piece tender combo with fries and a Pepsi. She said the chicken was good and that the biscuit was incredible. Be sure to ask for any condiments like ketchup or honey. We also didn't get any napkins, but I think that was just an oversight. This is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to! It took forever to get our food and the workers were so rude! We stopped on our way back from vacation and were very dissatisfied! Very disappointed with today's Chicken Sandwhich. Got the the store after 1pm, they were busy, but not acknowledging those in the Lobby wanting to order. Very cold attitudes by the workers. Stop by the restaurant tonight & I received bad chicken so i immediately turned around & went back to let them know. So I go in the lady that ran drive thru told the expediter to replace my order Younger girl with Braids (red) she had a very bad attitude in the beginning but we came to a understanding after I asked her what was wrong with her she stated to me that she just had a Attitude so I told her that she worked in the public & you can’t let others determine your day.. Service definitely could be better! Chicken was fabulous, sides were and always are delicious. Customer service was great , yall should add honey with the biscuits ( you trying to kill us from dryness) but other than that it's exceptional Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
