Today 10/22/23 Complaint about SOGGY onion rings. Spent $51 onion rings part of order. Called at 2:12 told order would be ready in 20 min. Came back 2:35 order was ready. We Love 5 min from restaurant. Opened container of onion rings SOGGY! I WAS PISSED. After we ate couple of hours pass by I call back to let him know I had my receipt I wanted a refund because the onion rings were SOGGY. I let my husband go in and let them know I had just called. They told him we could get a store credit because we had just after 2 hours just ate our food from 2:40 pm. I had to literally go in myself and tell him I want a refund I spent $51 we did not just eat. We ate 5 min after we got our food order earlier. The onion rings were SOGGY. He goes back n forth with me telling me the order sat on their counter I said you said be here in 20 min we were here in 20 min. Give me my refund NOW and we won't be back! He then gives me the refund after arguing with me for 5 minutes and me yelling no one wants to eat SOGGY onion rings. **You cannot fry onion rings put them in a Styrofoam container and expect them to be fresh and crunchy. I ordered several items. The chicken (4pc) was very soggy and not crispy as expected, the sauce tasted terrible (honey bbq) which made me not even eat 1 piece of chicken. The ribeye I ordered was meant to be RARE.. it came well done and was very chewy, not tender at all or red (rare) for that matter. Found hair in food, took back up there and because I didn't have the whole tray, they basically blew me off!!! I spent $11.84 and they acted as if everything was cool .... one guy told me that it probably came from the factory that make the fish 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ wth, it had the DNA root on it and everything .... I got a 6 piece wing. It comes with a soda and fries, all for $9. It's delicious. Customer service was great, and the guy who checked me out was really nice. Definitely recommending this place to people. Also, it's a family restaurant, gotta support our local businesses. In my opinion The best shrimp hands down. Good flavor and not overcooked. Generous portions for the price 25 piece meal. $13.99 . You should try the pizza puff if you go. You will be pleasantly surprised by the taste.

I was a fatty and ordered more than needed... I had the prime rib sandwich with cheese fries... it was good but I didn't eat it until the following day.
