There's no security in the building. After 9pm some drunk guys collect money as the entrance fee and I heared them saying they won't leave before they make 4000nd

I use to pass by the several times, not that i experienced it but according to my observations its a pub for out-goers, get treating wit nice cold beers drunkhearts!
