The parmesan green olive bread is the best bread I have ever had in my life. And that includes eating bread all over Europe. The staff is always friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Pizza by the slice only - and fun sodas! Delicious crust 😋. We had both pizzas they offered today. Pepperoni and charcuterie slices
The service was excellent and the bakery was quaint. We had outdoor seating on the most perfectly warm fall day. We ordered a large pizza and breadsticks totaling $40. The cheesy breadsticks were delicious, however, the Villager Pizza we ordered was an ocean of ranch - way too much for our taste. We were dunking crust and breadsticks in the pizza and there was so much more liquid to it than we had been expecting. While we would possibly go here again next time we visit Traverse City, we would definitely order a different pizza if that was the case.
Bought three cookies totaling 11.75 without tip. Although the cookies were on the very large size they were a vat of grease. Store clerk only placed into a paper bag with no separation of different types of cookies. The grease coated the bag within no time. The chocolate chip was not baked through. Their tipping system was very degrading because I only tipped 10% because no coffee or extra services were provided besides the girl getting the cookies out of the case. When I punched in the 10% I noticed it said “good or fair”. This was quite shocking. Why would they even put those statements on the screen? Very disappointed all around.

Amazing bread! It's a must stop on the Traverse City lineup. They always have samples out too.

Tremendous pizza made by incredibly friendly folks who care deeply about the craft
We happened upon this bakery as it was right across from our lodging and then proceeded to buy their baked goods each of the three mornings we were in Traverse City. You can disregard all of the older harsh reviews. The staff are very friendly and quite skilled. And the food!! The miso caramel croissants are spectacular, and the cinnamon rolls equally good. The bread is fresh and hearty. This bakery will be atop our list whenever we return to TC

Some of the absolute best pizza I've ever tasted! My wife and I had their pizza from their Little Fleet food truck and returned 2 days in a row for more. Light and crispy crust with the highest quality toppings and a sauce that brings all the right flavors together. My only regret is I can't order some right now being a 6 hr drive away, sadly. This place is a must for anyone looking for amazing pizza!
This place had gone WAY downhill. No Danish, no croissants, cookies all looked burnt except for the short bread which turned out to be not fully cooked and doughy, and far too sweet. I used to come here all the time to get the pistachio and raspberry danishes, or an almond croissant, but they no longer make any of either. 2 stars because the cashier was sweet and pleasant.
