Great place to quickly stop on route for local kassav bread! We went at 2pm and there was only a couple of options left - so definitely go earlier in the day. The salt fish one was particularly delicious (and our one year old loved the chocolate one!) Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Local bakery processing a unique array of pasteries with Cassava as the base. Over the years, the range of pastries has expanded to cater for varying taste and flavours of foods. There's a demonstrative element to the processing, so you can witness part of the processing. Products are worth a try. Allow your taste buds to experiment. There's nothing like this available anywhere else. Service Take out Meal type Brunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Cassava Bread Variety's

The place did not have the famous Casava bread as they were not getting the supply, but we tried their fresh bread with butter and it was by far the best i have had.. the place is family run and very clean. A must stop and try if you are in the area Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really enjoyed visiting Plas Kassav. The Cassava bread is always fresh and warm. My one place I absolutely have to visit when I'm in St. Lucia, without a doubt. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Yummy! I was so ecstatic when our driver recommended this spot to me and my friend because my dad used to make kassav growing up and it brought back so much nostalgia. I had the peanut butter and the salt fish flavors and they were just absolutely amazing.
Delicious cassava here in delicious flavors. We stopped here on our tour to Soufriere and tried coconut, guava and red cherry. All were delicious and not too sweet. Looking forward to trying more next time.
A quaint indigenous local small business. They have a unique product from many years ago, which they have innovated into a delightful taste. The range of pastries is impressive once you approach with an open mind amd allow your pallette to be surprised. There's an experiential component, which is feee yet adds trememdouns value to the visit. Definitely a must stop and taste

Delicious! We visited three times during our stay. Once we were even lucky enough to arrive while they were making the bread. I personally had the chocolate, cherry, cinnamon and plain flavors - with the plain actually being my favorite. I will definitely miss being able to stop by and grab a few of these breads.

Definitely a neat little bakery that is worth the stop, although the cassava treats are a bit of an acquired taste. A little too "doughy and fibrous" for my liking and a single serving could be quite filling for 1 person. Many flavors to choose from, though.
Small place, but it was amazing to see the way they prepare the dough for the cassava bread. They have a variety of cassava breads and other products. It tastes delicious and is quite filling. It feels heavy. It's an affordable price considering the art and time it takes to create these amazing cassava products. I will recommend everyone to try it. It's located at the edge of the road on hill with a beautiful view of the valley and sea. Great spot to get some photos. It's also a scenic drive to the place with parts of the road completely covered with lush green trees on both sides.
