Nice rooms, train station is very close to the building, but you have earplugs in the room and welcome drinks too :) Well equipped rooms. Continental breakfast, only fresh vegetables and plant based milk is missing. Kind personnel. Nice environment.
The room (number 2) is a sort of a challenge for tourists maybe (I have never stayed in such places before). Suppose, it was a former small shop or cafe. The floor has the same level as the ground. The room has a huge window with a door (?) almost from the floor till the ceiling. And this window and door (former hall-door?) are covered by light office blinders. BUT these are the window and the door to the street, before them there are general stairs to other rooms, parking for electric cars with charger. The bed in the room is two meters away, exactly opposite the window… so 11 p.m. and further.. People are going to and fro, it’s very noisy. The charging car is awful. Sometimes its headlights blink and it blinds because you lie on the bed and car’s bumper and headlights are on your head’s level, blinders are useless. The same is when other cars go in and out before the window. Of course we did not switch on the light because to lie on the bed like in the shopwindow is no pleasure for all. It may be a good room if the owner makes absolutely opaque portieres and replaces the hall-door to a soundproof door. The other facilities were good but I can’t evaluate them separately.
We stayed seven nights at Furman and our stay was absolutely outstanding! The food was tasty, the rooms are big, clean and pleasant. There is a kitchen in every room which is convenient. We were warmly welcomed and had nice chats with the lady. The location was perfect for us. We definitely recommend it!
The Landlord was extremely helpful and communicative. We were able to arrive a day earlier than planned and could have checked in even after openning ours. The place is pet friendly. Wi-fi weak, bring your own or be mentally prepared for not being able to access internet at all times. Plenty of international tv channels. Good restaurant downstais, perfect breakfast! Air-conditioning in room as promised. Laundry machine in room came very handy. The trains do not make so much noise as claimed in some feedback, didn't bother us at all. Card payments accepted. Safe parking.
Large plate with tasty food (mixed grill with French fries 🍟) at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff, There is the possibility to overnight here: rooms are nicely furnished, provided with WiFi, all is clean. Breakfast costs 8 euros

Great large rooms and comfortable as well. Some rooms have 4 beds with plenty of space so you can decide to stay in same room if traveling with more people.||Restaurant has plenty of choice since grilled dishes to pizzas. All we had was quite ok. Breakfast is nice and you shall ask for scranbled eggs. ||The only problem is the close distance to train line. Not much noise but can be annoying for more sensible people. ||Good location anyway near to highway if traveling in between Ljubliana and Italy.
Excellent food and service! Their pizzas are really great. The terrace has a view of the train tracks if you are into that. Have visited many times and definitely recommend!
We stayed one night on the way to Italy. |I loved the large room! We had a double bed, bunk beds, and a pull out sofa. Plenty of room for 5! |Breakfast was inexpensive and tasty. |Free parking too. ||The only thing I would mention is the train is very close by. We could hear it pass by from our room. However, it wasn't loud enough to keep any of us from sleeping.
We just stopped there to get some dinner as we were passing Rakek. Lovely place nice and cosy, great ambient with delicious food. Very tasty and the portions are huge! We had pizza and squid, it was really lovely. And it's not expensive, you pay very little for the amount of food and the quality that you get. Defenetly going back.
We stopped by to take few pizzas back home for a diner. Place was well visited (Saturday around 6 pm). Great choice of pizzas, excelent dough and combinations of ingredients, big sizes. Pricing - cheap, not expensive. If you are near, hit this place of you want pizza time :)
