Hmm we had been regular customers until today, 18 July.. The place either sent the wrong pizzas or couldn't read the order ticket from Foodora. Not to mention one of the pizzas was a bit burnt on the side and underneath. We paid extra for the all toppings that were missing. Missing on both pizzas! When we phoned to see what could be done, the person who answered replied that he "can send us a message next time about what we ordered".🙄 What? So YOU made a mistake, kept the money for the extra toppings and then got all ignorant when the order was very clear to read from Foodora. The pizzas were late so now it too late to order from somewhere else. We live in a remote area. Avoiding this place, completely unreasonable and rude. Otherwise the pizzas has been good before but this man's attitude today was unacceptable given that the restaurant was in the wrong.

Hidden away in a basement among the small streets of Falun, La Vencia offers good value for money. Seating is limited and pretty basic, but perfectly adequate. Friendly staff.

These guys are great, and the have home delivery not just in the inner town of falun but even the outskerts that also are a part of falun for e.g Grycksbo

Ingen trevlig lokal, smutsigt och tydligt ostädad. Smutsiga bestik och allmänt ohygieniskt på bordsytor/bestickhyllan. Maten var snål och torr. Överfritterade hårda pommes och fryskebab Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Otrevligt bemötande när maten hämtades. Fattigaste kebabtallriken med endast en liten hög med isbergssallad, minimalt med kött och berg av torr pommes. Blä!

Varför måste ni alltid slänga kvittot utanför dörren på marken? Det vore bättre om ni slängde det i eran papperskorg :) Helt otroligt, det slår aldrig fel
