The staff was friendly. They didn't have a very good selection of pizza on the buffet. The pizza was not for me at all. The salad bar & fried chicken were pretty good though. The pizza was really good. They need to stay on top of getting more pizza out when they are busy, but otherwise, everything was good. They have some of the best cheese bread I've ever had. They heap on the cheese. The salad bar was good, too. There is fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, and other vegetables. They have dessert pizzas and ice cream to complete the meal. The Fun Zone attached to it is what my grandkids loved most. It's an easy location to get in and out of in Branson. I would recommend this restaurant if you like buffets and franchises. Disappointing. $20 pizza buffet with hardly any pizza. This place didn't actually seem understaffed but could not keep up with the lunch crowd. Was looking forward to eating some pizza and got 2 slices of bread sticks some fried chicken and a salad. Fried chicken wasn't bad and salad bar had a decent selection. Bread sticks imo would have been better served with sauce and cheese on them especially since pizza is in there name. How is it that this restaurant is known for fried chicken above pizza? If pizza is in your name should you not make that the priority? I'm hoping it was just an odd day but I get the feeling it was not. Staff chatted amongst themselves, tables were not bussed for some time and floors needed some TLC. Just sad. I'm not in any hurry to return to see if this was a fluke. I’m a Pizza Ranch “ frequent flyer “ and I must say that it is a top notch buffet. The pizza is always fresh and abundant with a lot of toppings and you can order your own pizza creation if so desired! The soup and salad bar is fresh with many toppings. But don’t be fooled thinking it’s just pizza, they have the BEST CHICKEN in Branson!!!!! Family friendly restaurant with a fun zone for kids and adults alike! The staff and their service is courteous and friendly! Dom is the best!!! I was a little leery about coming here (not a fan of buffets in general) but was pleasantly surprised. Food was actually pretty solid, and lots of games to play for the kids. Atmosphere felt clean. The only negative was after asking an employee to wipe a table for us that was dirty from the previous guest, he left and just never came back and we had to clean it ourselves with napkins. Not a deal breaker but still wasn't a great start. Pretty good experience other than that though. First time going to pizza ranch. We have been to Branson several times and so glad we finally tried this place. Staff was so friendly. We came between typical meal times and there was plenty of fresh food on the bars. Chicken was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back just for the fried chicken. The pizzas were amazing as well and salads. The almond dessert pizza is soo good. This is going to be a definite stop each time we go to Branson. We were disappointed this time. My wife must eat gluten free. The only thing available is there Gluten Free pizza. We didn't arrive until just before 6:30 PM and were informed the Buffet only until 7 PM. The clerk at the register tried to charge us $43 which included a $2 discount with a Branson card. $19.99 for a small pizza is pretty stiff. The clerk corrected the price which brought it down to $37.30. It was an expensive fast food dinner.
