Pepperoni pizza tasted like card board. The cheese bread was good. The chicken was... There were people doing coke in the bathroom when I tried to take my kids in there. The server rarely came around. The only reason we got refills is because the fabulous driver Erin came by and saw us and refilled our cups. On February 13th 2024, at 8:00 PM my boyfriend and I went to Pizza Hut in Mt Airy NC to dine in. We were told to sit at a booth. We were the only diners. The waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We gave her our drink order. She brought them to us. Then she went about putting chairs on tables and partially cleaned a table. Then she went back to the kitchen area. She never brought us a menu. We were totally ignored. After 10 minutes of waiting we got up and left without drinking our drinks. We will never go back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed order through app. Started trying to call store when order was 20 minutes late. Automated system said delivery had already been made and to stay on line if I needed further assistance. I spoke with someone in a call center who told me that he could not help me since the app was placed through the app, and he would transfer me back to the local store. It rang until the system hung up on me. I tried again and it rang until it put me through to the call center, I explained the problem again, he transferred me, it rang until the system hung up on me again. Driver, not even a Pizza Hut delivery driver, but a Door Dash delivery person (someone else was driving her around and she wasn’t wearing anything that identified her as a Pizza Hut employee), showed up 45 minutes after pizza was due. When it arrived the order was cold. I called her back to the house and asked her how long it had been out of the warmer/insulated bag, she said about 5 minutes out of the warmer as that’s when they handed it to her, which was quite obviously untrue, since it takes longer than 5 minutes to get to my house from the store. When I tried to pull apart the cheese sticks they had only been cut halfway through and the same for the cinna-stix. No marinara for the cheese sticks. The last order I made arrived on time and warm, but all the toppings from one side of the pizza had slid to the middle, leaving bare crust on that side. My wife eats a keto diet, no grains of any kind, no starch, no sugar. This Pizza Hut makes their personal pan Super Supreme pizza without the crust for her. They sauce a small pan and put the toppings and cheese on and bake it. We greatly appreciate their willingness to work with us! It was a good meal and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We'll be back.

Went inside to dine in. Stood at check in desk for at least 10 min and were never waited on. Never even acknowledged. There were only 2 customers in the dining area. The phone was ringing very loud in the dining area and was not being answered. Tables were dirty piled up with dirty dishes. We left figuring this would not be a good dining experience. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat pizza, the waitress got our order wrong several times and it took about 45 minutes to get our food and only gave us 1 refill on the drinks we ordered, and the kitchen staff cooked and handled the food without any gloves on. And the men’s restroom had no paper towels and it was very filthy. There are no prices on the menu so you don’t know how much your going to pay for it until you get the check. We made a last minute decision to eat at Pizza Hut while on a Saturday evening drive in Mt. Airy. Extremely impressed with the whole experience. Bathrooms were clean which is amazing. Food was just right. The manager and his staff were wonderful! We live 25 minutes away but we will be back often! Kudos Mt. Airy Pizza Hut!

This Pizza Hut is by far the best one we have been to lately. Upon entering, we were greeted by the friendly staff and seated promptly. We were able to order right away and received our food within a reasonable time. Overall, our experience was good. We will be back!

Never had to complain of anything at Pizza Hut there food is great,the best thing of pizza hut is the salad bar,now once in a while you might catch the best tasting pasta ever has been made,and it's the bacon, ranch, pasta,by the manager and his secret ingredients that makes you go back for more....I wish it was on the salad bar all the time,I don't know who eats more of it,me are my 3 year old granddaughter but it's the bomb,so when you visit pizza hut in Mount Airy and it's on the bar make sure you give it a try,don't pass it up if you do, you're missing out.. Food: 5

So, when I first got to the pizza buffet, the pizzas looked old and dried out. But that's all there was, so I took a couple of pieces hoping they tasted better than they looked. They did not. One bite each was all I could stomach. When I saw fresh pizzas come out, I tried again. Better. But it made me wonder why they left those others out so long. The pasta was a little better, but a little long in the tooth as well. I scanned the salad bar and decided it looked a little dodgy but i would risk it. The only blue cheese dressing was in little packets labeled blue cheese dipping sauce. Overall, not amazing. But for $6.59, I'll probably try it at least once more.
