I will never order from this place. The last time I ordered I did the contact less carry out and waited 25 minutes past the delivery time. I tried calling the several times and kept getting hung up on when they would answer. Finally went inside and they were very rude and practically threw my pizza at me. So tonight 3-3-24 I ordered via the app and it said my order would be delivered by 6:44 PM. I called at 7 and the guy said they have no cheese but still could make us a pizza. Seriously no cheese but can still make a pizza? As I was talking to the guy he hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wrong flavor on wings. Pizza was not hot. Did delivery was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Which was 5:20. Didn’t know “door dash” was delivering. Got my order at 6 pm. Let’s do the math…40 minutes driving around Brandon. 🤔🤯 oh and the website said my order was $24.99 wrong try $39.00 not sure how that happened when it was 2 pizzas plus chicken nuggets and burnt breadsticks. No delivery drivers? Order fulfilled but door dash? I don't do business with door dash, but I guess I just did. No warning or notice whatsoever. I'm not ordering from here again. Pay your employees a livable wage pizza hut and don't outsource to unethical companies like door dash.

Make sure to take a picture of your signed receipt before handing it back to them... They decide they needed a bigger tip and changed the amount. This is fraud! Just noticed it on my credit card statement. Will never order from this place again... Dishonest people work here. Honestly I even think the lady was the manager. Will be calling to ask for my signed copy as I want to see it.

We ordered pasta and upgraded to cheese bread. We also ordered fries. The fries and cheese bread were missing. We went back and got them but the fries were cold and soggy and the cheese bread had cheese on one stick. See pic.

The online ordering was easy. Customer service was friendly and wonderful. The pizza was made the way I ordered it, looked amazing and was extremely fresh. Order was right on time for when scheduled for pickup. Overall amazing!

We’ve recently moved our haunted house attraction (Terror 29) to Brandon, SD and have ordered quite a few times. Super fast delivery. Pizza is always hot. We will continue to order!

When my husband arrived for pick up at the indicated time, my order could not be found even though my name was on the screen. Ne was told to have a seat, they would start the order over and it would be 7 minutes. Not a long wait, but still. then some one said "oh, here it is." and he was on his way home. When i opened the pizza it was mostly crust. the spare toppings and sauce were in the middle 6 inches of the pizza and the rest was bare crust. nothing at all like the pictures that are even behind this survey page. Husband was happy with his tradtional honey bbq wings.

There's a gentleman working there that goes by Snoozy. He was there running the show by himself, besides the delivery drivers. He was very professional and my food was done in almost no time. He is a great asset to this company and deserves every accolade. Thank you, Snoozy!!

They need some training here. Pizza was not brought out immediately after we arrived and called in to alert them, waited 8-10 min so I am guessing it sat there on the counter because when we got home it was COLD. Not even barely warm. Only 13 min away so it should have been hot still or decently warm at that. Sloppy, scanty toppings and butter/seasoning on the edges was scant too. Why even show up to work if you want to be this lazy and careless about your service? Go home. You guys shouldn’t even be allowed near a stove. Just completed lazy. I’ve gotten this exact order many times and never this poorly or cold.
