Zero stars. This specific store has gone so far downhill I can’t believe I actually ordered them again today. Used to be my favorite pizza place in FG and this one is simply inedible. Over the last 6 months the food gets worse and worse and worse. Today I received cardboard pizza, cold mozzarella sticks, and rock hard old dingy cold cheese sticks. I only order pizza here because the other places were too backed up and busy. It’s no wonder papa John’s and Domino’s have such crazy lead times because this Pizza Hut sucks. Trust me on this one, stay away from this pizza hut.

Very disappointing honey bbq boneless wings. There were maybe two “wings” that had bbq sauce on them. The rest might as well have been chicken McNuggets. Pizza was not hot and mediocre at best. Nor did I get the side sauces I ordered and paid for.

The foods been great almost every time I've ordered, but today my order was wrong(I should've got an order of bread sticks, and an order of cheese sticks w/extra cheese, but I received two orders of bread sticks instead), so I called the store and I could tell he didn't want to fix it since whoever took the order just messed up, and I did get two items, but asked him to anyway and he kindly agreed(or so I thought). I just received my cheese sticks and they didn't even bother putting them in the box that they normally come in, just the paper bag shown in the picture. That was quite petty of whoever did it.

Had ordered 2 pizzas from here and when I received it one of them was burnt on top and completely dried. Seriously dont you guys inspect your orders before going out. I did call and complain but needed everyone know how bad this place has gotten.

I feel like people constantly leave reviews when things go wrong but not enough when they go right. I have ordered from here a couple of times. The first time the lady was doing everything by herself. We made a huge order for work and she did a great job and as fast as she could. Also, I ordered tonight for delivery. The food was fast, everything was correct and it was still warm. Honestly, employees especially in the food industry like this should get more credit.

Pizza hut is way more than just 5 gold stars. These people are a true help as many times I've had to lean on them for a meal. The food is hot not the least bit greasy. The flavors are perfect as well as their huge selection some of you don't know of the tremendous help that pizza hut is. Such as those times when I've been struck down with something that's made me so gawd awful sick as well as being so exhausted after work that I can barely make it up the steps. It's a real joy when you have had a bad hard day your knees ache and to end such a day to have a smile and gentle kindness of a stranger there in front of you with your hot meal. It was the perfect ending to such a not perfect day.

Cheapest Pizza in town. We stopped in and got a little kids pizza to go for the kids. The manager was really nice and my kids destroyed the pizza.

Love their stuffed crust and they really are generous with pizza toppings. why I won't give it 5 stars is a fact that there pretty generous on their sauce as well which it gets too saucy and the fact that there prices are so high.

Ordered a pizza and wings yesterday. When I ordered they said it would be delivered in a about an hour. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes I called to see what was going on. No answer after several attempts I was automatically connected to customer service. They contacted the store and said it was at the store and in the next group to be delivered. At 1 hr and 45 minutes I got through to the store and they said it had been with the driver for the last 20 minutes. At that point I suspected that my pizza was at least an hour old. I questioned this and they said there was nothing they could do about discount for being close to one hour late. I was put on the line with the manager who was not sympathetic with the situation. I told them I would not pay full price for a soggy and cold pizza. He seemed to not care and would not discount the order. He then said I’ll cancel your order, pizza is on the house. In conclusion, the pizza and wings were NEVER delivered and I went and got other food. This “manager” seems to not care one bit about how his store is run and should be fired or demoted to something where he could be useful. Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Will never do business with this pizza hut again.
