Awful experience today! Ordered Big Dinner Box, Medium 2 Topping(free with rewards), Cheesy Bread, and Boneless Wings! The wings and cheesy bread were made the right way! The pizza was horrible!! I have contacted PH Customer Service because the last order I made they messed up, I called the store manager and was offered a $5 credit! Not going for that this time!

Paid for extra cheese. Didn't get it. In fact it looked like it was less than regular amounts. Paid for 2 paramesan cheeses too. They stuck them in the box so they'd heat up and cake together so it couldn't be poured out. We Paid them a tip too. Won't happen again. I ordered a 3 topping stuffed crust pizza the pizza was like thin flop paper no cap and the stuffed crust was was like warped around the whole pizza the breadsticks was trash no lie everybody in this Pizza Hut need to be fired! Inconsiderate man! And still took damn near a hour to drop it off I really hope they see this no cap and the college station location on Texas ave put a hair in my pizza can’t trust people to do something simple as doing the job right!

Pizzas were dr, orders were not labeled so they there going through boxes having to look up your name and order! Employees seemed frustrated, and they always make my food wrong! Never again don’t recommended and need better management!

Poorly fixed and boxed. You have to do better than this. I did not eat because I wasn't sure if someone has touched them since the box was open and not in a bag or sealed at all.

Never had a complaint until they forgot my drinks, but sent item the next day when I called. Asking for light sauce on 2 pizzas and getting no sauce on both pizzas is upsetting. The friend with me won't eat her pizza because of the lack of sauce. How do you forget that when even the Receipt says "Ez on Sc" When ever this location gets the order correct it's the best pizza in town, but when they mess up, it's more the disappointing and depressing. But it's the only place that delivers to my area. If that changes I'd consider ordering else where.

The service was excellent and the preparation was quick. As we were on a tight schedule we really appreciated how quickly the order was completed. The personal check this out did a great job and was extremely friendly.

We ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was thinner than the paper plate, completely dry, and crunchy as all hell. Our mastiffs buried the slices we gave them in the yard. They’ve never done that with anything before.
