Very nice people here, but there's two things I do my best to avoid here. There's always some homeless person close by that can be concerning, and one of the workers there is very weird. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the delivery service I received today. I ordered a pizza and wings from your establishment, expecting a warm and delicious meal to enjoy with my family. However, what I received was an incredibly late delivery and a cold, inedible pizza and wings. Firstly, the delivery arrived a whopping 45 minutes after the promised delivery time. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the proximity of my location to your restaurant. It is not unreasonable to expect timely service when placing an order. Adding insult to injury, when I opened the pizza box, I was greeted with a chilling disappointment. The pizza was ice cold, as if it had been left out for hours before being delivered. The cheese was hardened and unappetizing, the toppings had lost their freshness, and the crust had become stale. It was nothing short of a culinary disaster. Not only did this ruin our mealtime, but it also left a lasting negative impression of your establishment. As a regular customer, I have always expected high-quality products and efficient service, but today's experience has shattered that trust. I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure such a disappointing and unprofessional experience is not repeated. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter, including a refund for the subpar pizza and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve your delivery service. I order from here all the time, both delivery and carryout. My pizza has always been so good! It's always cooked perfectly. It wasn't until this past weekend that I had an issue with my delivery. I understand the labor shortage so although the online delivery time was wrong, I wasn't too upset about my order taking longer than expected to be delivered. I was upset that my pizza and wings were over cooked and the wings barely had any sauce on them. I didn't want to call the store to complain so I just did the survey they always email and sent my complaints through there. The store received the feedback and the manager called me personally to apologize and gave me a credit of what I spent that night. It was my first time having an issue out of the 4+ years that I've been a customer here so I'm grateful and really appreciative of the customer service, thank you!!

do NOT come here. There are SO many better pizza places by miles. Not only is there pizza just wet cardboard, they won’t even come to the desk to help guests who have been waiting for more than 30 mins and asking for help. They do not answer phones, it seems like they’re busying nodding off in the back instead of working Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lady that works there is super nice and helpful they do seem to be severely understaffed she was doing the best she can the pasta was just missing more sauce and was a bit dry. Update:i did get a call from a manager the very next day and was told we would get a 10$ off on our app but that never happened?

I ordered online and asked for it to be left at the door. The driver proceeded to bang not knock but bang on the door and ring the doorbell my son asked him several times to leave it at the door I asked him through the ring camera to leave it at the door the driver then left back to his car with the pizza my son had to come out to get the pizza and this man REFUSED to give him the pizza without a tip he kept telling him not even two dollars where’s my tip when I called the manager Jeff while he was actually very nice I don’t feel like this is going to be resolved this man is gonna do this to some again I will NOT be ordering from this location again.

Man this place is so sloppy nasty pizza all sloppy they cheese stick didn't even have cheese the pasta is more like noodles only no sauce just small amount on corner and no cheese 😑😒then the pizza is so horrible sloppy like if they played frisbee with it 😒 I honestly am given up on this pizza hut

Great experience. The boss left the employees unprepared food wise but they treated us well. The food we ordered came out perfect. They cared about their food quality which is all I ask for when visiting a restaurant.
