It's a pleasant experience to eat good Pepperoni and perfectly cooked pies. Food delivery is a big advantage of this pizzeria. Most reviewers highlight that the staff is nice here. I loved this place growing up and you all have now ruined my favorite place . Couldn’t even eat my pizza tonight and I called 3x times and I kept getting hung up on . Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hell, I would love to have experienced the restaurant myself. Except even though I put in the correct address to do online order, at first the website says" Nothing found." Then all it would do is buffer.. for 15 minutes. It's probably Still buffering right now. Ordered Churches chicken off the app instead. And that took a whole 3 minutes and at least they know where their stores are located..

Usually, I order pick up. This was the worst pick-up experience. :( I ordered online when I was leaving work at 7:40 PM. I drove from the medical center to this location, and they first couldn't find my order. Then they told me I had to wait and come to find out they hadn't even made my order yet. I also ordered fries, and I kid you not, the fries look like there are only 10 in there. There is just a small handful of fries that you can count without even touching them. The pizza wasn't cooked all the way, so it was kind or cold, and the fries were fries, I guess, but there is just not enough considering the price. I didn't even get an apology. I got home around 8:40 PM. After 14 hours at work, sometimes the ability to get a good and quick food order to feed your family goes a long way. I hope my experience is better next time.

The night "manager" is super rude. She didn't even greet us or and kept looking at us as if we were dumb when placing our order and slamming the door. No customer service. When I asked her if I could talk to the manager she just blank starred at me. Completely didn't care. I flat out asked her why she was being rude and she said she wasn't. It you don't like to service people, don't work in the food industry!

Don’t order from this place at least not for delivery and as I read the comments don’t go at night because the manager is rude. If it was my choice it would be zero stars, the first time Pizza Hut had cancel my order without telling me, my driver was there for an hour waiting for an order that didn’t exist while I was still receiving text messages that my food was getting delivered soon, I had no idea so I waited for the pizza until my driver called me telling me I had to call to the pizza place because something has happen with my order while on the text it said delivered….. funny thing my food was given to someone else so yeah had to wait again for it order at 7 ate at 10 because I didn’t want to be mean. The second time I order at 7 and only 3 minutes passed I got notify that my order was cancelled I called the store at Red Bluff more than 5 times to double check with them and they never answered because this had happened before I figure that it was the end of that order but I was still calling to verify but they never answer. At 9pm I get a message that my order will be delivered at 9:12 first of all I don’t want it anymore because obviously after 2 hours we made some food and in the text it said to call the store to cancel the order I don’t want my driver to waste his/her time so I called the store once again multiple times and they never answered. I had to call my driver to let him know I wanted to cancel so he wouldn’t waste his time on an order that wasn’t gonna get paid, he explains to me that he can’t cancel for me so I have to keep calling the store which I do always dialing 3 to speak to someone from the store they never answer I dial 1 to place order and they answer not the store but their customer service I let them know I’m trying to cancel they say they can’t do it for me so they transfer me to a store that won’t pick up… at that point I was calling for 2 hours already.. the store don’t answer so I call again and dial 1 to place an order customer service won’t help me even when I said I wanted to cancel because it’s been 2 hours already I call they don’t answer and their only answer is that they can’t cancel because the food was being made… like seriously after 2 freaking hours the food is barely being made I’ve called at this point more than 15 times…luckily my driver was so amazing and helpful he had called the company he works for to let them know my problem and the company he works for called me and helped me cancel my order after stressing for more than 2 hours. First of all why have a freaking phone if they won’t answer I’m a very understandable person I know it’s a fast food place it gets busy but really I called them for 2 hours and they never answer. I wanted to dine in to eat pizza with the kids. Went in Sat down and waited about 7 min until a worker came out from the back where the restroom was at. She just smiled at us and proceeded, walking into the kitchen. So we still waited another 5 minutes or so until my son got up and walked to the counter to see if he could get a menu. He kept calling out for someone, and no one had ever walked out. This was the worst service I ever got. Sad part, I never got the service. Wouldn't come back here again.

The Veggie Lovers pizza with thin crust is such a great shock and suprise. This is the THINNEST crust I have ever eaten in a commercial pizza! Great deals too. Go here for quality!

The last two times I've ordered wings from here have not been a good experience. I never had an issue before. When I order wings the (plastic) carrier they put them in is melted and very soft, I know for a fact that harmful chemicals from that plastic are getting in the wings sauce and my food. When I told the manager she said that if you order to pick up and don't show up at the exact time they put them in a (heating) area and that happens, although that is still unacceptable, I decided to instead show up five minutes before (expected pick up time)and I still received the wings in this manner. I will not order wings from here again for my health safety. This Is not ok to serve to the public and pizza hut needs to stop selling wings until they can find a more suitable way to sell them. I will be calling corporate and bringing it to their knowledge as well.
