Only reason I give them 2 stars is because the delivery driver was nice and polite. Ordered Pizza, wings, and a 2 liter Ordered a pizza right around 6pm on a Thursday. No big sporting watch events or anything. Website and app both show 20-30min delivery time. No problem. Made several attempts to reach the store in the first hour and a half. Showed up with a pizza at 750pm. Had already receive food I ordered elsewhere at 730 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

12/12/2023. About 1:50 pm. Just pick up order and try to eat in a car. Not even Hot so disappointed and try to go back inside she doesn't care about it She said you already take outside. End up she put it back in the oven for me but still no good Don't want to come back here no more. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just love the daytime service here. My pizza is always fresh and delicious. I don't know the lady at the desk name, but she can move. She answering calls, helping her team, assisting customers, taking orders, moving the line quickly and cutting pizza. I don't go after 4 when she isn't there or during the days she isn't. When I realized my online order did not include the pepperoni, I called the store and the employee who took my call told me my order just came out of the oven but they would re-do it to add the pepperoni. Disappointed. This is the 2st time i tried this location because we were nearby. We ordered 2 medium cheese pizzas. One was fine and tasted great. The other one had a "cheese circle" on the pizza. The cheese didn't even cover the pizza. What's that about? I tried to contact Pizza Hut thru the app. It had issues that didn't allow me to sign in so i wasn't able to contact them thru there. So, I'm posting on Google to pass the information.

Always satisfied with their food quality 🍕 as well as service, the staff is very friendly and kind. Although I have two pizza hut on the walking distance I prefer to get from there, just because of their quality & service.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered at 9:49 pm, my delivery was expected at 10:19. My order didn't arrive til after 11 pm which by then the store wasn't answering or open. I called several times Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was sorely disappointed with the service this Friday night. I was promised my pizzas by 60 to 70 minutes. I didn't get them until 2 hours and 15 minutes! I tried 5 times to call the store and was disconnected each time! When we finally got our food, it was lukewarm. Although it did taste good, we had to microwave it to enjoy it! Shame on you Pizza Hut! I will choose another pizza store next time.
