Went twice be because the pizza were yummy and I had a crowd to feed helping with our wedding preparations and the subsequent hangovers lol. It's Friday night, and it's busy. I visited Pizza Hut Gisborne and purchased an extra large Hawaiian with cheesy bites. My order was taken and paid for, and I started my wait. More than twenty minutes later I was told that I can't have cheesy bites on an XL pizza. You'd think that would have been pointed out when I ordered, but unfortunately not. I was then asked if I'd like a large Hawaiian with cheesy bites instead. I replied with a yes and the cashier gave me the difference in cash. About 25 minutes later my name was called out and I was handed a cheese pizza! I protested that I wanted an Hawaiian and was told that they don't do XLs with cheesy bites. I explained that I knew this and had ordered the large instead. After many confused looks from the manager (I assume) and the cashiering, I was offered a refund for the difference. Obviously I told them to stick it and left with a cheese pizza and a load of cold Chinese food I'd ordered almost an hour before. I've genuinely never seen such incompetence in a long time. Avoid this place at all costs. I rarely visit Pizza Hut and that experience will ensure my visits will be even fewer and further apart.

Was absolutely disgusting where half hour late on delivery so pizza and garlic bread and little hash browns were cold, and the hash browns i didn't even order I had ordered chips and got hash browns instead will never be getting pizza hut again. They also put a horrible sauce on top my Hawaiian pizza that I never asked for. Definitely do not get pizza hut in gisborne Service Delivery Price per person $20–30

I went to buy a new yorker style pizza XL and this is what I got, a big dough with the amount of ingredients of a large? Heaps of dough without ingredients. Shame on you guys.

My partner and I ordered 2 pizzas & 2 drinks too be delivered lastnight told us they will be here in 20 minutes 40 minutes later we call too complain and our pizza didn’t arrive for another 40 minutes. Absolutely USELESS management, this has happened too us twice now!! Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Terrible service. Got delivery, they delivered to the wrong address because their gps locator got the address wrong. When I called to get it sorted they said they couldn't help me and I never got the pizza. Useless. Worst service. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They usually have what I order for myself and household whanau. Not many if you prefer to sit down and wait in store for yr order, unless you order online.
