We had to wait more than an hour for our pizza. The place was dirty and the staff negligent. The dough was tasteless and thick, the toppings burnt.

Horrible experience at The Pizza Factory at 1050 W Monte Vista Ave., Turlock, CA 95380.
We had a birthday party for my son this past weekend. I understand it has new owners, but we decided to come here and be loyal customers. We have been coming here for years and enjoying the food and staff, but sadly it will be our last time. We had a really bad experience with whom I believe was the new manager. He was very rude and had an attitude towards me and my wife and was very condescending. If we didn’t have family coming in from out of town, I would have taken my business elsewhere. We spent over 200 dollars that day and you would think he would be accommodating and friendly, but it was quite the opposite. When you want people to spend money in your establishment you make them feel welcome and taken care of. His staff, however, was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back again. We will be finding a new pizza place to go to that has great customer service. Considering the bad experience we had with the new management, we will not be recommending this Pizza Factory to anyone anymore.
I can say that the food at this restaurant is great, and the flavor is excellent! Some people don't give this place enough credit. Yes the food here can be expensive, but it is definitely worth it!! Having been an employee here, I can say that this place is a lot better than most pizza places. All of the ingredients are always fresh and not frozen. Dough is made DAILY. Meatballs, sausage, lasagna, sauces, and more are home made in the restaurant and are delicious. Ive tried everything on the menu and have no complaints aside from the price. In terms of customers not getting what they ordered, the employees are supposed to repeat your order, but dont all the time, so double check with them! Sure you can get a decent pizza from round table or a cardboard crust pizza from me-n-eds, or a $5 Large pizza from Little Caesars, but if you dont mind spending a little more money for FRESH, PREMIUM, and GOURMET pizza and italian foods, then this is the place to be!! Popular items are Pizza (duh), cheesy breadsticks (the ranch makes it 10x better), wings, specialty salads, etc. Any questions, feel free to ask. Photos to come soon.
A little pricy, but worth it. Best pizza in Fresno area and one of the best I've had in California. I recommend the pesto pizza with artichoke hearts (optional garlic). The bread sticks are fabulous. Pizza Factory is Oakhurst's greatest challenge to a low-carb diet. NOTE: They are closed at lunchtime on Sundays.
Warning: The Google map address is wrong - I think that's their corporate office. The actual restaurant is next to McDonald's on Highway 41 just North of Highway 49.
The food was not bad but the manager who said his name was( Esteban) was very disrespectful from the time we walked in the door.We was trying to order food and he stopped me 2 times to put other customers ahead of me and they just walked in after me.i then proceeded to talk to the other employee there to see what kind of special that they might have and (Esteban) jumped in front of me and said not to speak to her about it to speak with him only after he took the order he then got Smart with my h disabled son and was acting like he had a gun and was trying to start a fight and cussing at every one of us so in my depending. Pizza factory in lockford should be shut down until the workers can control them self have and with all of that going on his family came into the place with a dog and letting the dog run around in the kitchen also the kid and mom was eating out of the pizza line and no one there was w wearing a mask now how nice of a place is that
