It had been awhile since I had been here but I was surprised. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. And the food was great. Got there at 8.43pm when closing says 9pm on the door to be told sorry we’re closed and cleaning up, you should have locked the door then, anyway the subway I had was probably nicer anyway Service: 1

Came in awhile back. Ordered GF and the lady serving had meaty gloves whilst touching the till screen, put my meat on the grill, put her pants up whilst wearing the gloves and proceeded to make my pita. I then asked for it to be made caution so she would change her gloves. There was good scraps all over the floor and there wasn’t much care put into the customer service at all. Some of the staff are great but unfortunately some just show up for the pay check by the looks of it.

we visited pita pit invercargill today just before 5 and the customer service was awful. the passive aggressiveness just because we simply asked you not to touch our food with the sauce you had all over your gloves. then didn’t ask if we wanted the pita toasted or not and proceeded to toast it anyways so we informed you we didn’t want the other one toasted to then get another snarky answer. we were just trying to be polite. we won’t be visiting again anytime soon.
