Excellent food, even with many vegan option. Truffled flavour is used in some dishes and it is a plus in asian cuisine. I had vegan maki, nigiri, bao and gyoza. They also have some not common wine choices for Chile, as Gewutztraminer. Staff is nice, not always fast and with some mistake but nice. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
I have been here twice. The first time was remarkable. The second time was just ok. Me and my dining partner both ordered ramen and neither dish was hot it was just lukewarm. I would recommend ordering from their sushi and sashimi menu. Also the bao sliders are tasty.
I liked the place because the food was delicious and it was gorgeously presented. I don't give it 5 stars because I had great expectations on the cocktails and my Gin tonic Des-gracia wasn't good. It was too dense, to much texture when you expect a gin and tonic to be clear and refreshing, even if it's textured with some kind of juice or powder... It must be clean.
Flavorful food; friendly staff; great atmosphere. Piso Uno is a great dive and worth visiting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We enjoyed NYE dinner here and LOVED it! The food was amazing! Drinks superb and even the service was noteworthy! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great place but too expensive for what they offer. Portions are decent, flavours are ok and service is good. The wow factor is missing though. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30,000–35,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
We went here for an early dinner on a Friday, 5:30-ish and sat at the bar. The place was pretty chill at this point with just a few groups of people sitting on the bar patio and a few others in the dining area patio. We were the only ones at the bar. We had a plate of sashimi, the ceviche sampler Bao, and octopus. Everything was good and I’d order all of it again. In fact, because it’s so close to where we stay we plan to go back. We have had other octopus here in Santiago that was cooked better, but this was still excellent. All the Bao we had was top notch. Their Bao bums are incredible! The sashimi was incredibly fresh and flavorful as well. This place is top notch for sure.
Had the Argentina beef, generous portion but not very good quality. The wine suggested was great and the service was good. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
The experience was good, the place beautiful. The pisco sour peruano was perfect (10/10) The chanchito nikkei baos were good and tasty, but cold (6/10) The Ebi Gyoza were quite tasty, but not special, and the sauce was to overpowering for my taste (4/10) And the Taquitos of Tartaro de Filete Trufado, where mostly truffles, in a fried wantan (2/10)
Delicious menu with TERRIBLE service, we spend almost and hour to receive our main dishes while the restaurant was empty Do's: Everything on the menu Don'ts: Selene waiter Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
