A really beautiful place, chilled and aesthetic appealing for the recent times The food was a ten of ten. We tried multiple food ranging from pizzas to their steak. Looooved the desert and their portion size was totally unexpected. The food was given time and attention from taste to presentation. Our waiter was really kind and advised us accordingly. Really cozy restaurant! The restaurant is really modern and well designed creating a really comfortable atmosphere and such a welcoming environment! This is a great restaurant to enjoy a meal with friends and family or to just get some work done while enjoying a nice cup coffee. The breakfasts are good sizes and really delicious! My food has always been great quality and served quickly. All of the employees are friendly, helpful and quick with service. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 50–100

I decided to go to Piatto to have a birthday late lunch/dinner, just to try something new. It was my first time there and I must say it wasn't the last time going. Their waiters are very friendly and bubbly, service delivery is a 10/10! And the food there is definitely worth spending for. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 300–350

Not the best experience I have had at a restaurant! The music is too loud, we waited for our 2 starters ( Halloumi cheese) for 30 min and orderd our mains while having the starters and it took 55 min to get our main course (Chicken Snitzel specials)! There were only 3 couples in the restaurant including us! We think the problem was in the kitchen! But the waiters was helpful and very kind! The food was still good! It is just the wait that was really unnecessarily long! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We phoned. Arrived earlier than anticipated 16:45.Arranged with waitress name T.Asked to sit inside. Were informed it was too hot inside, air-conditioning had problems. Obliged ,sat outside. Ordered. Problems began.Had to wait about an hour without an explanation from the wait no the manager lady G.When we eventually asked were given a vague explanation from the manager in that the waitress didn't place our order. When the food came we had to contend with flies that made eating a fanning contest. Our waiter was not the least concerned no the manager who stood hardly 3 meters from us without any inkling of the flies or concern.It was until a lady/waitress Savanah intervened. Got us an insect repellent that malfunctioned numerous times. A few minutes a crowd og about 10 patrons were sat into a train of about 4 small joined tables hardly a meter from us. No social distancing practiced.To add salt into the wound they pulled out a hookah assisted by our supposedly waiter ,Thando.They assembled it and like a bad sleazy den started puffing away at it in turns. When I enquired was told is a smoking area.Mind the inside was empty because of malfunctioning air-conditioning, patrons had to sit outside of not their fault and smoking permitted in a non portioned area under level 3 covid-19, where patrons and passersby to Steers and ocean basket had no option but ro wander past yhe smoke. The service was atrocious, the manager and waiter pathetic and laws flaunted.

Meals are much bigger than expected but my meal was ruined when they gave me a drink with mint that wasn't washed. A whole worm in my drink.😫 One star for their music on Sundays.
