Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Noodle with Brisket and Tendon (#37 pho chin gan) had a tasty broth and a healthy serving of protein. The noodles were slightly over cooked and stuck together and the soup was a bit on the more oily and salty side but still good overall. The proteins were mediocre with the brisket on the chewier side.
Service: 4/5 - doesn't really speak English but very friendly! At 2:00 PM on a Sunday, still quite a few to-go customers so it took a while to order and pay.
Ambiance: 4/5 - a grocery store on half and the restaurant on the other side. No AC or fan, nothing on the big screen TV but random sounds are still coming out of the speakers. A huge flower wall cuts the kitchen off from view. Clean but definitely worn furniture.
Value for price: 3/4 - good food but not the fastest service. At $16 a bowl, was expecting something outstanding. They have a HUGE menu with over 100 items so maybe other things are better? Unfortunately, with so much competition, this would not be our first choice for pho.
They do offer free ice cream with a review!

It's the best pho in Vegas so far that I've tried. The other food is tasty too. I would recommend this place.

So I've been looking for a Vietnamese place that has a lot of Vietnamese snack foods, "đồ ăn vặt" . The places that have them close so early, I can't usually get to them. They also don't have the selection.
I just discovered this place!! And they are open to 1am every day. And they have Balut every day! I ordered 2 Vietnamese "Special" sandwiches, sticky rice with peanuts, sweet soup with banana and tapioca ( had other stuff in), and shrimp spring rolls. I ate one of the sandwiches and it was good, with a lot of meats and veggies. Spring rolls were nice and plump with tasty peanut hoison sauce. They actually double wrapped the rolls so they stay moist. The sweet soup had a lot of bananas, yam, and taro.
The owner was very sweet when helping me, and they had so many people coming in and buying snack foods.

Sandwich
The best. Menu has many traditional dishes I haven't had and I am vietnamese. I had sugarcane juice, cameralized shrimps ad beef in clay pot, bittermelon stuffed with ground pork, dry mushroom, cellophane noodles. Will be back for other dishes.

Very bad customer service and food was badly cooked and burnt. We waited for almost an hour and the order was incomplete and mixed up.

Cute little joint had about 3 booths, 7-8 small tables. One side looks to be a grocery with snacks, fried goods, freezer.
I was looking for a breakfast prior to heading to the airport and pho Thanh was open at 8 I got there around 830 and a large tour group had just been served. I ended up ordering dry noodles with the soup on the side. It was tasty and hit the spot. Ordered 3 banh mis to go for the plane ride. Cafe sua da the iced coffee was also not too sweet and strong
Overall a good experience and would come back when in town. The owner was extremely friendly and tried her best to serve even though they were busy.they have. A private lot plenty of parking

Pho Thanh is a gem!
FOOD
Along with many traditional Vietnamese dishes, Pho Thanh also offers an entire vegan menu of many of the same dishes. My husband ordered the vegan banh xeo and I ordered the vegan pho. The portions were huge. The banh xeo was flavorful and very crispy. Vegan broth also had lots of depth to it, arguably one of the best vegan phos I ever had.
SERVICE
I love the mom and pop feel. Everyone who we came across was hospitable and so sweet. A lot of restaurants in Chinatown do not welcome you when you walk in, but we were genuinely welcomed with a smile upon walking in. I truly appreciate little things like that because it shows me that you care and Pho Thanh truly does!

sugar cane juice is fresh...not pressed to order but fresh. i love that it's vietnamese and pretty sure...southern vietnam/cambodia border type foods. the khatiev and cha kreung are good and the grilled pork has a hint of lemongrass. I will be back again.

This place is uniquely Vietnamese. It's ran by a lady who is there almost all the time. There is an eclectic collection of hot food for dine-in (but most do to-go), deserts, frozen items, dried stuff, and more. For the Vietnamese person looking for stuff they haven't seen in awhile, it's a fun treasure hunt there. The quality of the food isn't exceptional but it might satisfy craving. I love going there for the reasonably priced Vietnamese chè desserts and pressed sugarcane drinks!
