This place has pretty quick and attentive service for how large it is. They have a fairly large menu and a lot of different types of pho to choose from. I had brisket pho and a small vegetable soup on the side. The pho was pretty good, but not nearly the best I’ve ever had—I’d give it a 7.7/10. The vegetable soup was great, though it’s quite difficult to go wrong with that. I think it’s all right for a pho spot, but there’s certainly much better pho waiting for you around suburban Seattle (and the world, for that matter). Update: Had brisket pho to-go. It was tasty, still not necessarily the best, but was hot and the brisket was tender without excessive fat. I liked that they have a good amount of jalapeños, basil, and bean sprouts with the order. So upset! Service was horrible! I ordered Katsu and it looked like they just scrapped up scraps of previous orders and threw it on a plate. Rice was placed on top of the salad. Salad wasn’t even what is pictured! What’s pictured is a cabbage salad not just cut lettuce! There was bugs on the food (look at pic) I had to kill 3 of them! Absolutely disgusting 🤮. On top of that when they initially took our order the lady came with nothing to write down. She said she will remember. Well she didn’t she got our order wrong gave wrong food to my son and husband. My order was right but they didn’t bring 2 other orders that we ordered and like I said previously my order was scraps of katsu. No one came to refill our drinks we had to walk up and ask them to refill them. After all this I explained to them about service and showed them the bugs on the table and that they messed up our order and didn’t bring 2 of them out. The lady just apologized and asked me to pay. Didn’t even compensate or offer too. So I paid my bill and told her I will be posting a review and we would never be coming back again!! If there was a zero stars I would do that!! This place has an okay food with good portions. Having said that, it has the worst service I’ve seen around. They had ONE wait staff serving the entire hall and it took them ages to even take our orders. Don’t expect any friendly attitudes or professionalism from any of their staff either - you need another glass of water? Forget about it, they won’t care enough to ask and even when asked will take forever to accommodate your requests. Check this place out only if you love overpaying for your food while being treated with contempt and disrespect. Have a few comments on this place 1. Broth for the Pho taste like low sodium chicken stock that's water down. That comes out Lukewarm when you eat it. 2. Server/ service could be more attentive toward the customers. * Listen and take food orders out correctly. 3. Make sure you check your food to sure it's throughly cooked!!! Bad customer service, their opening hours are 10am-12am but they will stop serving dine in over an hour before closing? So why do you advertise you close at 12? No more take out 30 minutes before 12. I understand they want to go home, but then again Do Not advertise wrong open hours. Food is okay, bad service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The pho itself is delicious alongside the spring roll and gyoza. Service is a bit lacking. My order was wrong, and I’m pretty sure they forgot the gyoza because they brought it out in a hurry when I mentioned it. It wasn’t that busy, but maybe they are understaffed. We frequent this place often, and not just for the pho... but this time, I brought the kids. They really enjoyed their meals 😋. I ordered the Tofu noodle bowl- The kids ordered: -chicken teriyaki -spicy beef -chicken curry Despite getting her order wrong, and having to wait for it to arrive, my niece still enjoyed the flavor and rated her meal -5 stars. It was busy, so I could see the bus boy a little overwhelmed, cause our chair had noodles on it and it just didn't feel as clean. However, I did appreciate that we were in and out in about an hour. I was looking forward to eating here once I saw the menu but was disappointed by the hair in my food and the rude customer service. My server ignored our table and dropped our food to the table and had someone else bring the bill when we didn’t ask for it. We had a hard time getting her back to the table as we wanted to order some food to go. I asked for my food to go and she attempted to leave the table without letting my friend speak and saw what she wanted to order for to go. I ignored it best I could, I started eating my food and wasn’t impressed. The rice wasn’t the typical sticky rice you would get with teriyaki but instead it was minute made rice. Very dry and cold. I start eating my salad and enjoyed it until I found a piece of hair in it. At that point I didn’t want my food anymore or my food that I ordered to go. I get to the register and tell them there was hair in my food and the lady checking us out had an attitude because I didn’t want my to go food. After finding hair in my food I wanted nothing to do with the food coming from their kitchen and she had nothing to say about the hair and when the server came to the register to see what was going on she rolled her eyes at us. Been coming here for years because the ox tail pho is my favorite so I continue to come with no customer service expectations. The customer service is awful! Never been treated this way by anyone. You would think being regular customers we would at least be treated nicely and appreciated that we spend our money here. The short older lady with short hair that has been here for years is so unpleasant. Her name is Yen!! Doesn’t say hello, doesn’t say thank you for coming! Once, she spilled a drink on the floor and spilled it on me and my family, she didn’t clean it up and one of her co workers slipped and fell! This lady must be related to the owner or she should’ve lost her job along time ago!! Hopefully someone higher up sees this review and talks to Yen about her bad customer service and her bad behavior.
