The meals here are really good. They comfort our stomach when we are far away from Taiwan. What’s more, the manager and the waiters and the waitress here are really nice. Got the veggie pho from grubhub. Driver was great. Food was horrible. Not to mention very small if you get it "to-go". My pho noodles came in the soup completely hard and in a cylinder; they were inedible. I ordered a side of rice thank god to hold me over (but for $6.....) . Cant believe i spent $30 on this garbage. Whoever closing cook was on october 5th tonight literally should be fired. Never get pho here. "pho 99" my *** should be pho 1/100. We read the reviews and this place was on our list to visit and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was great and the atmosphere was nice and busy. As soon as we sat down they brought ice water and tea which was very nice and kept our cups full the entire time during our meal. My husband got the steak pho and I got the chicken pho, both XL size. My husband finished his pho but mine was too big and I took the rest home and they were very helpful with packing up my pho. The portions were very generous and the prices were incredibly reasonable. My husband asked for some spiciness for his and they substituted a spicy beef broth for him. I also got a hot cappuccino which was delicious. This was a fun experience and we plan to return and tell our friends and family about this place. Never unhappy with my orders. Takeout is packed well; it's always hot long after I get home, and they give accurate time estimates, which is nice. I had a vegan extra large pho on a weekday at around 3:30 pm. It was good, but there is scope to be better. The restaurant had veggie broth which is good but the taste of the broth was close to hot water than authentic broth. Service was good too. Took slightly longer to get the food, but not too bad. I Love the wonton soup without noodles. It's something I get to go and often I have them add extra veggies for a small Xtra charge. If I'm not feeling well this is my replacement for chicken noodle soup, so much more comforting and tasty! This place is my no.1 pho in bellingham Normally I get pho number 4 for me it have brisket and well done flank. Sometime get egg noodle with pork balls also good. For bbq pork with rice is pretty yummy. For vermicelli bowls I tried one time everything is good but the noodle I got is hard to bite. Taro smoothie is best. This place is always busy just make sure when you go there you need to write your name down for waiting list on the counter.

Came here for all the good reviews. Complimentary tea was nice. I had Pho with meatball, brisket and steak. Meats were tender with good texture but the broth had no flavor whatsoever. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3

Delicious pho. I asked for veggies instead of noodles and no cilantro. Yes, I'm not a fan of cilantro in pho. Point is, they got the order right the first time.
