We picked up pretzels that were listed under a specific name for our school dance. The company gave us the wrong order and charged us wrongly for it. After realizing the mistake the girl working there was unapologetic and when we called them they did not answer. This led to us customers having to handle the situation by meeting up and swapping the two wrong orders. This issue luckily was resolved through the dedication of the customers to make the events happen, but it was close to leading to a major problem for both events as our group was wrongly charged hundreds of dollars for pretzels that were not the correct order and the other group was missing pretzels that they needed for their event to run smoothly. I hope the company reviews to ensure that no events in the future have this issue, thank you. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
The staff is beyond friendly, always a smooth process to get delicious food. Their call-ahead ordering is also simple and reliable. Now with Rita's in the same building, it's an awesome stop for the family.
OMG ... got my small rivets box with pretzels right out of the oven!! Great hot, salty, doughy goodness. Oh, and cant forget the friendly staff who work quickly and keep the orders flowing. It was obvious on our visit that they do a great order-ahead platter business. I've got to remember that for our next munch session with friends ... or just our hungry family!!
I would have to say this is by far the worst pretzel factory, I came to day a little after 9 am and was told they are not making any more pretzels for the day !! Like what ?? And side note the Rita’s that’s inside also never has any flavors.

We stopped in 20 minutes before closing and they served us up hot, fresh pretzels! Couldn’t even wait to get home before chowing one. So tasty!! Place was very clean.. they were wiping down / disinfecting surfaces. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to get good service and a smile. We will definitely be back! Thanks!!

The manager /owner? and his staff could not have been more friendly.. I have ordered pretzel trays twice in 3 months and both staff and service were exceptional! Thank you!

Placed an order a few weeks ago, arrived a few minutes after order time pickup but place was closed. Website stated they were open at least for another hour. Contacted corporate and still waiting on a refund from franchise owner. Google hours no longer accurate. Philly Pretzel website or app constantly changing hours too. Will update review once refund is issued.
This place is busy the minute they open. Gentlemen at the counter tells me mini cheesesteaks are a lunch thing and wont be ready cause he Would have to bake them. Im concerned why the whole 6 items they have in the menu wouldnt be available at all times. And why the gentleman instead of just baking them insists that hes going to have to "work hard" or "go out of his way". Wont be returning.
Soft pretzels should be soft. I have been there 10 times and at first the pretzels we’re great. But now every time I go there the pretzels are not warm and the pretzels are hard as a rock. I go to Lansdale Pa to my pretzels now! Very disappointed
Order for a bday party, suppose to be ready between 130 and 230. It's now 245 and I'm waiting for pretzels to be made?!? Is this a joke?? And what's behind the counter? Two 16 yrs old millennial girls that are miserable beyond belief..and no management in the store. If you can't run a simple pretzel business close shop!! #incompetent
