Great place to enjoy the beach for the day. $4.00 per person taxi from port to location. Around $50 per person to spend day at beach with sun bed, unlimited non alcoholic drinks, and lunch. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Beautiful location on the beach. A short shuttle / cab ride from the cruise ship port. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (with excellent English). The lunch was wonderful (get the filleted grouper in mango sauce). The beach is kept extremely clean. The place is low key — you get to enjoy the beach without the thump thump of house music most beach clubs have. Get there early as it fills up. We got there about 8 AM and had our pick. By 10 it was full.

Trolly will take you from the cruise port to the main Street in Mahahual for $4 pp. You can snatch a taxi there too. Short 5 minute ride. Pez Quadro is at the far end of the strip. Worth the walk. It's quiet from the crowds. Peaceful spot. Beaches were clear and calm. There is a stone break about 100yards out in the ocean keeping the big waves down. We were there in Sept 2019 and they were able to keep the seaweed at Bay. Drinks and food from restaurant were great. Staff was helpful.

We wanted to get away from the cruise port and bring our young adult travelers to a place that wasn’t “lame”. Thankfully the other beach clubs were booked up because this place was perfect. They had chairs for all 9 of us. Make sure you ask for Louis since he have us outstanding service. We had food and drinks for 9 and it was under $200. Yes- local vendors come by with the usual fare but they were not overbearing. A simple no thank you and the would smile and move on. We took advantage of massages on the beach. We are planning to come back. Our daughter wants to come back and stay at the 40 Canones Hotel (attached to the club) Don’t forget to ask for Louis.

Came in on cruise ship and caught a taxi to the beach club. We had reserved day at beach club with food and drink included. It was the best decision. Food and drink was good, the beach was good, and the nicest people in the world. We had great service the entire day. A 30 min massage on the beach was great and the entire family got one. The people that don’t like it are a little too bougee.

We spent a nice afternoon there. Fortunately, it wasn't too crowded so we were able to have social distancing. On a busier day, it wouldn't be possible to have distance from people from other groups. The water is shallow and calm so it is a good beach for kids.

Nice place to relax near the waters edge in a sun bed with a cold beverage. 200 pesos per sun bed if you're not staying at the hotel. Service was good and staff friendly. As a plus they are pet friendly.

Good food. The nachos use liquid cheese which isn't my favorite but the rest of the food was really good. I recommend the breaded shrimp taco.
