I went with my Dad before a Panthers basketball game. We both had Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Except on ours we had banana peppers and mushrooms instead of green peppers and onions. The sandwiches were excellent! The only thing I didn't like was that all the booth tables were kind of dirty when we got there. But the overall experience was awesome! Hands down the best sandwich I've had in the Waterloo/ Cedar Falls area. The sandwich was a nice size and all of the ingredients tasted really fresh and had a perfect balance of spiciness and cheesiness. Service was also quick. My only complaint is how expensive the cheese sauce is, $2.50 at the time of this review. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Walked in on a Friday night just before 8:00 - it looked they were getting ready to close. Tables were stacked with chairs as if they wanted to go home. Walked up to order the lady who took our order was the most unfriendly person I have ever seen behind a counter. She was very rude to other employees - she shouldn’t be supervising anyone. The food resembled the atmosphere and her attitude. We ordered chicken phillys - the chicken resembled a hockey puck before she started grilling - taste was close too. Won’t be going back. My husband just purchased 2 bowls. You'd think that at 6:00pm, dinner would be hit and ready to serve. Wellllll....NO! Our dinner cost approximately $30.00. The guy working counter at register couldnt get anything right. They all acted like they dont like there job there. I wasnt asked if i wanted anything on my Philly when it was done. Staff argued and swore in front of children and families after we have been coming here for months buying 6+ sandwiches at a time. Asked to talk to the supervisor and was again cursed out by the "manager" and then she walked in back. Check the cameras this was an absolute joke. Staff argued they gave us all the food however a sub was missing and it was instantly our fault. No help and said the "GM was told and said we cant help you" but then was told no GM was on site. This is why you lose business and people don't come back. Absolutely embarassing to see from staff. I have pics and video and might do a YouTube video. Decent food for a small town. Had the Philly cheese steak and fries no soda. Add cheese for free, have to ask. Topping options for Philly are: jalapeños, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. Cost close to 12 bucks. Ate on a Tuesday night at 6:00 PM. One thing I found quite odd was no trash cans for customers to throw away they're own garbage.
