The apex of sensational sweets. The service is topnotch. The business is clean and inviting. My only wish is that there were more tables. You just want to stay and chat. Formerly known as Sensational Sweets. Now renamed 'Pekara' (Croatian for 'bakery'). Probably the only legitimate locally-operated bakery in town, where they make their goods fresh on the spot (you can see them working on the back end of the shop). Delicious baked goods, very reasonably priced. They take both cash and credit card. Support local businesses!

Really great coffee and pastry selection. I like to drop in on this place when I come up to Oregon. Great breakfast sandwiches 🥪 just thinking of it makes me hungry. Employees are friendly and hard workers.

What a great, local shop! I went in thinking there's no way they have gluten-free or dairy-free items, but I was wrong. There were multiple choices, and almost all of the drinks are allergy-friendly: excellent selection of tea and they even have plant-based milks in addition to dairy products. Something for everyone! Everything looked amazing, from pastry items to fresh bread. Laurie is so personable. Can't wait for their new lunch specials including (Buddha bowl to arrive on the menu. If you're wondering, pèkara means bakery in Cyrillic (пѐкара)...I looked it up. LOL We just left and already can't wait to go back! See you again soon.

They were able to do my wedding cake with only a couple weeks notice. Not only was it beautiful and affordable, but it was the best red velvet cake I have every had. The women who helped my mom, aunt, and I order the cake was also super sweet and knowledgeable. She even gave me a cake pop to try before I committed to the red velvet flavor for the cake. Overall my experience with Sensational Sweets was amazing and I'm glad I chose them to make my wedding cake. They did a fantastic job.

Amazing bakery. They make an amazing variety of confectionery treats. Family owned and operated by two sisters i believe. I buy donuts for my meetings here and they are always amazing. If you are in the area and love baked goods this is a must visit place.

Bravo! Such delicious baked goods. I purchased donuts for a special event and the outcome was fantastic. Everyone was said they were so delicious!
