This is a gem. They are very consistent with great food. It is hard to find good steak in Rosarito and this place does an excellent job. The servers are very nice and attentive. Parking is a bit of a challenge. You can park at the Rosarito Hotel and walk over. That is the least expensive option, especially on the weekend. Expect to wait a little for food as they cook in a wood fired oven. The empanadas are delicious. You must have those too. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
Normally, i would skip the review at a place like this, but i can't. The rating and reviews are very good, so i have been trying to go many times, but it is always full. finally, i made a reservation for my birthday and was excited to finally try it. it is average at best. i tried everything. the empanadas very average. even the chimichurri had little flavor. We ordered the mix grill, which was for 2 people. the rib eye was medium well to well and the other steak was well done. (i ordered medium). the sausage was very dry with no flavor. the veggies had no flavor and burnt (and i normally love charred veggies). the beef ribs were good, everything else we took home. i guess for 1000 pesos, it wasn't expensive, that's positive. the service was very slow. i asked for a knife which never came, so we shared one. after we were finished i stacked the plates, and still nobody came to clear the table and help us. the waiter walked by several times and got on his cell phone. finally i asked for help (after 20 minutes) and asked for a box for the food and the bill. they cleared the table (that i cleaned for them) and brought me a box. but now i had nothing to put the food 8n the box with, so i had to use my hands. then had to wait another 10 minutes and ask again for the bill. then another 10 to pay. i gave it 3 stars originally, but after writing this review, 8 changed it to 2. so many problems. was definitely s waste of a birthday dinner

The main dish and the drink were very good. For the fries I wouldn't say they're the best, but decent. Furthermore I didn't mind the wait.. because overall they did an amazing job. Fantastic service. I highly recommend this place for sure, if you're around here.. make sure to check it out.
I took my wife her for her birthday dinner. We sat and ate in the outside dining area, which was a great atmosphere vibe. The service was excellent, and the food was prepared at a high quality level and fast. We both ordered steak entres that were cooked on a wood fire grill and to perfection. For drinks, we had a large pitcher of Sangria with chopped mixed fruits that went down amazingly, which left us feeling really good at the end of the night. The appetizers were a great start and recommended the empenadas. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $600–700 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Spinach and Cheese

Lovely little place. Empanadas are just ok, but the tabla bariloche and choripan are amazing! Nice local wine selection, and the drinks are surprisingly tasty (lemonade was GREAT). Overall a great, small, comfy place with good food. Service is good. Decoration and music is also great! They have a couple small portraits of famous Argentinians, shoutout to Charly Garcia at the table by the window. Love, Love, Love this quaint gem of a find!! If you’re one who loves the touristy type buffets with long lines, then read no further. But if you like exceptional food, presentation, atmosphere, staff, prices and watching the owner/chef prepare your meal in her cute kitchen/room adjacent, then read no further either. Just come by and experience it for yourself. We had 2 empanadas, chicken skewered with salad and potatoes, one glass sangria, bottled water and caramel flan for about $18. Can’t wait to “experience” this again!

Hidden gem inside la plaza in rosarito. Had the sangria and empanadas. This restaurant is a must when in town. The meats look amazing even tho I can't eat them because Im vegetarian but my wife did enjoy the milanesa. Will surely return.
Good food, very smsll place but can fit a large group if the tables are united. The 2 female servers are very nice. The place is full of memorabilia the restrooms are out side of the restaurant, The restautant is located in a big patio where other restaurats share space,it reminded me of my grandmother's patios it seam to go for ever and had other rooms or houses in this patio. The restaurant was wheelchair accessible just a small walk to Rosarito Beach!

What a hidden gem! Patagonia has all the things I love: indoor/outdoor seating, great ambiance, variety of food choices, great service, and fair prices. We tried both the Spinach/Cheese and Napolitano empanadas. They're $30 pesos each (about $1.60usd), handmade, and a great appetizer. My main dish was the Brochetta de Carne (beef kabobs). The steak was amazing and the salad was good too. Our waiter, Leo, was great. He speaks English and Spanish fluently. Leo knows the menu well and was able to make great food recommendations. We enjoyed visiting with him. We never would have found this restaurant if it weren't for Yelp and Google maps. It's located in a beautiful hidden courtyard inbetween Oxxo and Tacos y Mas, across from Susanna's.
A very nice little secluded restaurant with very good empanadas. Very nice decor and vibe, I'd easily reccomend it. My only issue is that the location could be a little better or easier to access. Great food though!
