We had an employee’s anniversary celebration today at the office. We had Pastry4U cater the cookies. They were a hit! The selection was huge. Everyone loved them. My favorite was the chocolate chip. The funniest ones were the black and red rectangular shaped cookies that said Happy Anniversary on them. They definitely attracted your attention. I think had at least one of every flavor of cookie that was there. I highly recommend Pastry4U!
Lovely Pastries, But Customer Service Needs Improvement! I recently had the pleasure of visiting an art show where Pastry4U had a vendor stand. My grandmother and I were excited to check out their pastries and approached the stand eager to see what they had. Though we exchanged greetings, my grandmother greeted them instead of them greeting us. A little bit more warmth in the initial interaction would have been nice. While browsing their pastries, I was hoping for a description or recommendation of their desserts, but unfortunately, it wasn't offered. Nevertheless, when I expressed my interest in the chocolate chip cookies, the staff seemed more attentive and friendly. As someone who truly values exceptional customer service, I believe a warm welcome, product insights, and a friendly approach can make a big difference, even if someone doesn't make a purchase. That's just my humble feedback, as I know that Pastry4U has the potential to grow in this area. Regarding the pastries themselves, my grandmother absolutely loved the brownies, and while they weren't my personal favorite, tastes do vary! I haven't had the pleasure of trying the cookies just yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Overall, Pastry4U offers lovely pastries, and with a little more warmth and attentiveness in their customer service, they could create an even more delightful experience for all their visitors.
They do not have a storefront- do not think you can walk in on a Saturday morning for a pastry. They seem to be catering or maybe a stand at a farmers market. The address given in Google is actually the First United Methodist Church.
