The cashier and everyone is always pleasant and provides good customer service, and the food is great. But my problem is that they take so long to serve you. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Great variety of meals. The food never disappoints. However, I have to admit that the customer service is very poor. I have been there many times for lunch and the wait time is atrocious. After visiting for over 2 years I thought it would have improved but it stays the same.

My experience with Jan's cakes have always way surpassed my expectations!!! I'm confused by the fact that I see people leaving less than 5 star reviews. Her cakes are beautiful... works of art and she aims to WOW her customers. You really cant go wrong!

I loved my Triple Berry cake made by Jan. Moist and full of flavor especially the cheese cake in the middle.

Warm, welcoming, awesome tasting food and pastries. It takes a little bit of wait to get your order but it's worth the wait. I enjoy coming here all the time. Not suitable for dining but you can take out your food. I love the pannini, cheese cakes and Mac and cheese etc. Just to name a few. Oh by the way Jan' s Mac and cheese is made from scratch. That's something she boast on.
