Ordered on Uber, buy one get one free on the rigatoni and some garlic knots. Pasta was average for a take out pizza place but the garlic knots……Don’t get me wrong I love garlic and oil but one bite and oil is pooling into your mouth. Maybe a bad batch? My family and me stopped in for pizza but ended up with salmon, broccoli penne in olive and garlic sauce, spaghetti and meatballs, and some chicken fingers/french fries for my daughter. I recently visited this pizzeria and was blown away by the quality of the food and the exceptional customer service. Not only was my order prepared quickly and accurately, but the staff went above and beyond by including two free slices of pizza and a soda with my meal. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings. But what really stood out to me was the generosity of the staff in providing those extra slices and drink. It's not often that you encounter such kindness and thoughtfulness in a restaurant, and I was truly grateful for the gesture. The atmosphere of the pizzeria was also fantastic, with a warm and welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive. This mob sent out coupons in the local area to improve business. The coupons are 'buy 2 (whatever items) for the price of 1'. Not a rare promotion, but these guys actually managed find a way it can turn away customers. 1. When you place your order they want to know if you have a coupon. If you do, certain items automatically have 'run out'. Magically, if you eat-in, they reappear. 2. Don't bother checking their website for prices. When you go pick-up your order the price will, without question, be higher. If you ask why they'll say prices have gone up since their last menu. In my case, the last menu was only 1 week ago, but prices have supposedly changed in that week. Yeah, right. 3. They are overpriced, so what you pay for one item here you can actually buy two elsewhere. 4. The quality is pretty poor. The tomato pizza base is uncooked or under-cooked. Either way it's, at best, sub-standard. Their sausages are really just hotdogs, not the authentic item. Ordering chicken means you'll get something that tastes like a chicken nugget. I doubt any of their food is made in-house, but instead bulk purchased at a Restaurant Depot or some other bulk outlet. Even this would not be a major a problem if they weren't charging premium prices for their objectively mediocre food. 5. Their main guy formerly owned a pizza shop in Milford and then Devon, and both went bust for essentially the same bad business practices and really garbage customer service. Whether he owns this new 'joint' or just works there, his fingerprints are all over the business conduct. If you really need to boast that you paid $34 for a pizza, then feel free to eat here and get ripped off. Otherwise, go elsewhere; there's plenty of better quality and better priced pizza restaurants in the immediate area. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were absolutely blown away by the incredible flavors, outstanding service, and remarkable speed at this delightful pizza place we visited a few weeks ago. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and her family, who made us feel right at home. Their attentiveness was truly exceptional, and they expressed their heartfelt gratitude for choosing their establishment. During our visit, there was a slight misunderstanding with my pasta dinner order, resulting in the accidental inclusion of an entire chicken dish alongside the pasta. However, the talented chef quickly realized the mistake and sincerely apologized. Not only did they promptly remove the extra dish from our bill, but their attentiveness and responsiveness left a lasting positive impression on us. Beyond the exceptional service, what truly won us over was the incredible food. Every bite was bursting with flavors that left us craving for more. The inviting atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment of our experience, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that made us feel like cherished guests. With such an unforgettable dining experience, we simply cannot wait to return. This pizza place has undoubtedly become one of our top favorites, and we eagerly look forward to relishing their delicious food, experiencing their excellent service, and immersing ourselves in the delightful atmosphere once again. There are a lot better pizza places in and around Milford. The people are very friendly, but the pizza's need work. Took out from here on a Friday night.
