Nestled within Silves, this quaint cafe feels like a hug in a mug. The host is warm, welcoming and very homely! We had the best onion bhagis at this cafe (and we are foodies and have tried them all) The food is exceptional! It’s like eating at your grandmas home on a Sunday afternoon. I’d highly recommend. We tried in the past years, but did not manage to fit our holidays with their opening times...until this year. We had such a lovely time here. The owners are very kind, have a beautiful story and also have amazing food! I think you can’t go wrong with any of the options on the menu (many vegan options!) We had the Tajin and were not disappointed. They serve yummy drinks and good beer too. Would absolutely recommend!

The food here was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend that you eat here. The service was spectacular, fast, and the owner spent time getting to know us, sharing fascinating experiences that he has had, and giving us recommendations for our trip. Beautiful little restaurant with great food, many vegan options. We had the delicious Indian tapas, all fresh homemade . Good chat with the friendly owner. The food was so good and we were so hungry that I forgot to take any photos. My wife and I are not vegetarians, but we had to try the highest rated restaurant in Silves. We weren't disappointed. Parsley and Thyme is tiny (at least when there's no outdoor seating during the winter). It's an intimate setting hosted by Ashley, arguably the best waiter I've had the fortune to encounter in six decades of traveling Europe and elsewhere. Excellent vegan food and equally amazing service. Went there on a trip to Faro in Portugal and will definitely go back again. It's so hard to find vegan food let alone great vegan food and Parsley and Thyme has it in spades.

Just had a beautiful lunch here in Parsley & Thyme. The place was very busy but the owner made time for everyone and explained there might be a little waiting time due to the volume of people. He looked after everyone so well. I went for the small Indian Tapas which really is for sharing but my god the flavours were fantastic. Beautiful house wine also. I look forward to going back there soon.
