I loooooved this cocktail bar. It was my first time there with a friend and we spontaneously decided to stop by. So glad we did. The Asquerosa is my favorite. A floral, flirty mezcal based cocktail! The calamari was pretty good, and I got the shrimp scampi for dinner. The jumbo shrimps were such a treat. The lighting too- not too dim not too light. Love the music… it was such a vibe. I’d definitely come here again. Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Calamari

If we could give this place 10 stars we absolutely would. We had our first visit on August 13 and were extremely impressed by the service and quality of the restaurant. We were immediately greeted and sat at the bar (Definitely roll the dice and play the game! You gotta go to know 😉). The bar tender ended up being part owner of the restaurant and gave exceptional service! Had an amazing night and decided to go a second time the next and AGAIN we were extremely impressed by the consistency. We had the chance to sit at a booth and the waitress was very friendly! Moved to the bar and AGAIN the service was unlike any other we have had. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. My partner got to speak to another owner and he ended up taking a shot with us! It was a great time and they definitely have some new regulars in us! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Parla was a true north end experience! The place is very intimate but has so much charm to it. The staff works incredibly hard to ensure a pleasant experience. Our server cam went above and beyond to ensure that we had a 10/10 experience. The vibe of the place is upbeat as they had music playing and not the typical classical north end vibe. Nice spot for cocktails. Plenty of sitting available. Music inside was way too loud so we opted outdoors. Vast cocktail menu. Tried few different ones and they all were amazing. You can also ask the server for custom made one and they give you your own specialty cocktail which was quiet unique. Tried this with one of mine and it was impressive.

Came for dinner on a whim that ended up being a highlight for our weekend. I'm honestly surprised that it's not rated much higher. This restaurant has so much personality! The owners created a great experience and really paid attention to the little details that made a big difference. For example, the hilarious menus with drawings and recommendations from people who had previously eaten there. The drinks are the real star of the show here. There have a lot of amazing premaid cocktails, but the ability to have a drink personalized to your favorite ingredients is truly amazing. Another fun pull factor is their dungeon master membership, where your fate is decided by rolling a 20 sided die. Each number is tied to a different innovative drink that isn't on the menu. While some of the food was great, others were average. But honestly, I'm not deterred by that because I think the draw to come back is more about exploring the variety of drinks. Also, my personal recommendation is to sit by the bar for a much more fun and intimate experience! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

I had an excellent experience at Parla in assembly row!! I had heard really great things from friends about this place, and I finally decided to stop in. The drinks of course are very cool & innovative, we all rolled the dice at least once. One of the bartenders, Liam, made me a really delicious cocktail that he came up with! Overall we had an awesome time, and can’t wait to go back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here to celebrate my birthday with a couple of friends. Food was tapas style was was delicious. Was given complimentary birthday shots as well as a non-alcoholic ginger shot for my friend who doesn’t drink alcohol. Really appreciate how inclusive they were!

Came out to try a new place and extremely happy we came here. Reading all the “poems” in the menu book was interesting to read. Food was delicious and fairly quick. We decided to try the “Dungeon Master” and unlocked 4 of 20 drinks and plan on finishing it! Music was on point and our waitress was extremely nice! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to come check out , great vibes.

By far the best the best cocktail on the east coast, and that’s from someone who’s gone to cocktail bars all over the world. Also, the bartenders are super cool and good at their jobs. I went to Parla last week with a few friends. Liam was our server and he was amazing! Gave us so many great recommendations on drinks, and answered all of our questions. The unique cocktails were incredible and the dessert was just as good! I’d recommend Parla in Assembly to any of my friends, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Liam and get some more food and drink recs! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
