Went to stop in the morning got c Gas in my company car and was gonna grab two drinks with a egg and cheese biscuit. I asked if they had any egg patties left? The lady told me they did but she asked the lady who was running the kitchen if I could use them for an egg and cheese biscuit. If I ordered it she said they cannot substitute that when I order it. I have to get a pre-made biscuit and they all have pork on them. So would that stupid rule? I put both my drinks back threw away my Parker's card and decided I'm never going to use parkers. Again, thank you for making my decision for me

Horribly rude customer service. I walked in yesterday to check my lottery tickets. No one was behind the counter for me to ask where to check them. So I walked a little further and saw a scanner past the counter on the back wall. I proceeded to scan my tickets when someone started yelling at me. She told me I wasn't allowed to be behind the counter.. I wasn't behind any counter. I told her that I was just scanning my tickets and she pointed to the back of the store. She just kept yelling that I wasn't allowed to do that. I apologized and explained that I had never been in the store and that I will never be back again. She was treating me like I was a 2 year old. Definitely won't ever go back.

I USED to go to this Parker's nearly daily. I get gas and food sometimes but my favorite thing is the drink station. I always buy large coffees and lemonade! Delicious! I always bring in my own cup for ice. And pay for the ice typically 49 cents. True it is a large cup I~'ve seen more ice waste in the drain here. Today Ms. Dour counter lady wanted to charge me for an other XLARGE drink. For ice! In my own cup. Luckily there are other locations. With smiling team members to boot!

If I could give this place -1 star, I would. Me and 2 of my friends were at Grayco getting washers I needed for my car, and we decided to walk over to Parker’s and get a slushy. We walked in, grabbed cups and tried getting the slushy. But then, a worker, who talked like she owned the store, walked over to us and said, “I’m gonna have to ask you to leave MY store.” Me and my friends looked at each other, puzzled as to why we were getting kicked out for doing nothing. After standing there for a few seconds I asked it why we were getting kicked out. Its response was, “MY employees told me they saw you sticking things down your pants, leave MY store.” Again, me and my friends looked at each other, confused. I don’t understand what is wrong with 3 teenage boys trying to buy a slushy. I looked back at it and said ok, and threw the full slushy in the trash. A complete waste. After we left, me and my friends contemplated calling our parents to come down and create a scene, but decided not to. This place is an absolute joke, is full of complete idiots, and is extremely sketchy at night. If you need gas, just go to the circle K across the street, and you won’t be disrespected.

I went and saw pricing 2 for $5.50, but I got to the register, and it rings up $4.50 EACH, which I'd obsurdly overpriced. I can see if it rang up $3-$3.50 but $4.50, CRAZY! Then I was advised oh its a loyalty card I'd have to get, and the clerk was like, "You should get one because you are I. here all the time." Which is false. I visit once every 1-2 years when visiting family in the area from out of town. Gave me the "Black people look the same" vibe. I'm sure it wasn't that I'm guessing, but it Def felt like it. Oh, by the way, if you get the reward card, you can't use it on that days purchase smh. So now I have to wait another year or 2 to use it.

I went early in the morning, normally i go to circle k but went to this parker’s location instead, and they have definitely got my business!! i was greeted, everything i needed was there and easy to find, and the customer service was top notch!! Angel is an amazing employee, definitely deserving of a raise!!

You would think you can use the public restrooms here; but you can't. All the Summerville bus drivers have been either banned or disrespected. Parkers has lost a customer and I'm sure they have lost and will lose many more. This location is absolutely terrible and I will not be visiting here ever again.

I am completely closing the app and will not stop at Parkers again. I stop every morning at the location of 1601 Central Ave, Summerville, SC. The employees are rude and the old lady behind the food bar needs a total attitude adjustment!

Absurd is the only word I can think of to describe the business practice and lack of customer service here. Every gas station in the country has standard pricing on soft drinks by to get it for however much it is. Apparently at Parker's you're required to sign up for the rewards membership and they won't let you swipe a store card which means they want to collect and sell your data in exchange for the discount and the signage does not advertise that I can see that that is required yet the lady up front insisted that the signs say it. If they do it is the most micro writing in all of history and absolutely a deceptive and despicable business practice. There are enough companies trying to collect and sell our data we don't need this simply to buy a soft drink. This was my first time at a Parker's and if that is their business practice it will be my last

Kicked all 3 of me and buddies out for supposedly stuffing things down our pants even though we are all wear belts and can't open our pants? Do not come here!
