Lovely restaurant with fantastic food and service . One of the best rump steaks I've had in a very long time . It's quite a big restaurant with alot of tables . They also have a kids play section. PapaBoa is just around the corner, and we always enjoy their food. We usually get takeaway, but we decided to dine in. It was New years Day, and they were rather busy and short staffed, but our waiter, Simba, tried his best to attend to us timeously. Most of us had the hake and chips special. Love the fact that you can go half and half on sides. They always have great specials on any given day. Value for money and no compromise on quantity or quality. My wife & I spent R340.70, (no alcohol). Excellent food, great choice. The only issue was with service. On a few occasions (a few is too many), we had to look for our waiter (I was generous with 4 stars). Toilets could use a bit more attention. The service was fantastic. Our waitress, Juliette, was awesome and made our girls day out even more fun. The portion sizes were big and the vegetables were fresh and tasty. The salad was great, quality ingredients used- no skimping and limp lettuce. I would definitely dine at Papa Boa's more often if more vegetarian options are added to the menu. Really an awesome place to go to. Food is AMAZING and never disappoints. Play area for the kids keep them busy for long. Kiddies meals are delicious and not just a dry burger with some chips. Friendly staff and relaxed environment. Food was good and portions were well worth it. The specials of the day is quite nice and their desserts are really good. They dont have a lot of vegetarian options. I ordered the veg platter, the halloumi cheese and crumbed mushrooms were so delicious.
