Can’t say enough good things about Papas pizza 2! Love this locally owned restaurant and they just go above and beyond! We just had the breakfast pizza and it was AMAZING! We called very last minute and actually after they had closed and they still offered to make the pizza for us! Scott and Lenny were the nicest of guys and made you feel like family! I wanted to just email the feedback to the company but your website has no email or form to contact you. The first time we went here the pizza was great. My husband ordered from here. So I decided to order my pizza here next time. I always get light cheese with fresh mushrooms and I specify 50% or more less cheese than normal. So half the cheese they usually put on. Unfortunately there was a ton of cheese on the pizza. I ended up ripping the cheese off and the mushrooms come off with it. So it's just sauce and crust. If you're ordering light cheese specify maybe a sprinkle of cheese. Not sure how else to explain light cheese. By the way, cheese bothers me but in small amounts it's fine. It was burnt too so crust not edible but I know that's the new haven style. Specify not burnt if you don't want that. The sauce is great! The staff friendly. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

The owner has young kids working there so he can get cheap labor. Mean while, the owner is completely incompetent. I waited 45 minutes after he said my order was ready, and then the owner gave my pizza away to someone else because they screwed up the other customers order. Asked me if I wanted a discount instead of the pizza, but instead I had to wait longer. Pizza is great but management is garbage. Go to the original Papas. If you blindly ate a pie from here, you’d say New Haven all day long. You cannot get a better pizza in Milford. Tried calling today, the phone was set to ‘busy’ at 3pm. Cmon? Seriously? Milford, are you kidding me. Do you mean to tell me this GEM of a pizza place exists when I've been going all the way to New Haven all these years. I picked up 7 pizzas today for a birthday party and despite the large order each pie was made perfectly. We got 3 cheese, 2 Roni, a di Rob and a di Madalena. People were raving. Great wood fired crust. The di Madalena was so good it was gone within 5 minutes. The kids loved the cheese and pepperoni, everyone was happy. Solid pie and great people who treat you right. They don't over promise when you call and are honest when your pizza will be ready. There are many good choices in the area for pizza, but this place has consistently made great pizza. Worth avtrybif you haven't already done so.
