Very unorganized. Orders were hours behind order time. Placed order at 4:30 pm and was told it probably would not be done before closing time. Left without refund. I think everyone in the town had the same idea as I did the night I ordered pizza. We did an online order and when I went to pick it up the pla e was packed. The employees were doing their best to greet people as they came in and had fantastic attitudes despite customers getting upset that they had to wait. I had to wait about 20 extra minutes for my pizzas then I requested them to be ready, but given how busy the place was, and how upbeat the employees were I didn't mind waiting. Gross and dirty! Watched an employee (with gloves on) fully wipe their nose a couple times then continue making someone's pizza. If this is what they do in front of people, I can only imagine what goes on in back. The quality of their staff seems to have really gone down hill over time. Before I saw this, I was a regular. Pizza was a good buy. My one concern, when I entered the store I was greeted by, "What do you need?" Maybe it's not a big deal to have customers but it should be. I was told to go find my own order among the stack of pizza's. As I went through the stacks of pizza's to find my order the miserable staff member stood there and watched. Not once did she approach me to help or offer to help it was very weird that a customer would touch all the orders to find the right one. This doesn't seem to be very clean and safe. A little bit of customer service will go a long way. Have a little pride in your store and your job.
