WHERE’S THE SAUCE?… It has probably been 6 years since we’ve had Papa John’s - We typically do Domino’s if we’re getting fast pizza on a Friday. But, I saw that Papa was doing a deal, so we tried it out again. YIKES. We’re not fans of eating raw dough, so I had to heat it up in the oven.. Not very fun after a week of making dinners, working, and wanting a relaxed night. Needed a magnifier to find the sauce on the pizza. “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza?” More like, “Where are my ingredients, Is this really Pizza.” My wife warned me it was gonna be bad.. Luckily, I picked her up some Chick-fil-A on the way home as a backup.. Wish I would have got me some. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

The quality of the pizza, timeliness of an online order, and staff friendliness are great for a Papa Johns. When you get Papa Johns, you're not trying to get the best pizza in town, but looking for speed and cost savings vs a local place. Never had an issue with this location. Service: 5

The pizza and sides have definitely changed over the years. The service is on par with every budget friendly pizza place that isn’t really budget friendly anymore. Quality is not their strong point. Pizza was very greezy. Lacked cheese. Pasta was also very greezy. Doe was thin and a bit overcooked. Dessert was unidentifiable. I worked at a Papa John's in college, I know Papa is capable of better. Zero stars

Great little pizza shop. Be prepared to wait during the day, they usually only have one person working, and he works hard. I DoorDash, and always have to wait here. One of the cleanest pizza places in town. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I don't know what's happening at papa John's on trolly Rd in Summerville but I cannot believe you continue to send pizza out like this I gave you guys another chance and my pizza still comes out like this truly done with papa John's they were also supposed to refund me I never got that refund but at this point I will not be ordering from you again

Whoever that guy was that was running the store by himself and made sure my Alfredo pizza was fresh when I was late picking it up deserves a raise. Pizza was amazing and you are awesome! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst pizza I ever ordered - I will never go back - virtually no cheese or meat or mushrooms- for $ 22 - they lost me forever!!!!!!!! Sad - i suppose they will blame it on covid.

Made an order online and accidentally made it for delivery. Called the store and a nice young man answered phone and fixed it for pickup. Fast forward, my coworker goes to pick up pizza and this poor guy is running entire store by himself! Answering phones and making pizzas... and our order was perfect! It's a shame when nobody wants to work, but this young man stepped up and did the job of multiple people and should be rewarded for his dedication in a time when so many don't want to work.
