i love the food and i order quite often, but 3 times in a row now they’ve forgotten the extra garlic sauce that i PAID for so it’s a little upsetting especially when i order delivery and i won’t eat the pizza without it. otherwise, delivery is super quick, foods always almost too hot for me to eat when i get it so that’s awesome, and the delivery drivers are generally super nice. but please stop forgetting my sauce 😂😭 Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chocolate Chip Brownie

I normally love Papa John's Pizza, but I am so disappointed with them. I ordered pizza Christmas Eve night. I live an hour away and was in town and ordered. They took my payment and information and stated it'd be ready in 10-20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after the call and 3 people were there and said they were closed. I stated I ordered pizza a few minutes ago. They stated that the local number I called was they're answering service and that they would take orders all day long and are not legit. How is that even ok. And why is a local number being forwarded to someone taking orders for a business that's closed? They said it happens all the time. So not right at all. I won't go back. Our food was good, however when entering the restaurant to pickup a carryout order an employee (who I assume was the manager) was yelling at a customer. Also, he yelled/argued with employees as I waited for my pizza. It was clear that they were busy, but there is never a reason for a manager to treat customers and employees this way. Outstanding service!! The other night I placed an order, I made a mistake and ordered carryout for the waterloo location, I meant it to be at the Cedar Falls location. When I arrived, first of all I was greeted so kindly and prompt, then after realizing what I did, the gentleman working the counter fixed my error and my order was ready in 10 minutes. I observed the employees as I waited and everyone there was continously busy and willing to help out each other. Great job to all of you working on 5-30-22 evening shift

Pretty good although they are pretty cheap with the sauces, I remember they use to give free pizza sauce cheese dipping sauce plus garlic butter with the bread sticks, now they ask you to pick one and their, that's just nonsense. The same trip they also charged me for some of their spice packets which is just something I don't really expect from a company as big as Papa John's.

Amazing staff and an amazing manager (Bruce). I came in and ordered for my Military friends and I showed them my ID and the lady at the register helped me out with my order. Right after that the manager walked up and told me he'd take care of it. I definitely suggest going here. They respect their customers and military personnel. We all appreciated the support from him and the staff members. Thank you!

I haven't had PJ pizza for a couple of years. Service was great and the employees were friendly. Pizza has gone downhill from what I remember. I felt like I should've got better food for the price I paid. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
