I want this one to get as much attention as possible… I had a phone order called in, and I returned a telephone call they claim that they never even received the order, but it was billed… I would, in my opinion look at the controlling interest of the cell phone towers in this area to see who is controlling interest. See who the owners are of all three of these people of franchises around here that would include little Caesars in Fajado and Marcos… I would also take a look in to see if there’s any street beefs between the three of them, additionally this isn’t the only additional place that this has happened. All three of these pizza chains in this area have issues placing orders on occasion. I do not believe it is the pizza place itself.

I have not been to Papa John's Pizza for many years, and this past visit really didn't make me miss them. First, the person taking my order was far from friendly. Second, he made the wrong pizza, and we had to wait that much longer. Finally, we walked in the pick-up and go door. Of course, we did not know, nor did he tell us, and there wasn't a sign saying that. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Papá John’s in Fajardo, located in Market Square Mall, behind CVS. Clean place, modern and friendly staff. The New York Pizza was awesome, delicious.

The location was very clean.... The girl at the register was smiling until we asked what came with the special ? Then she got attitude, and as for the pizza it was to thin and we paid for green peppers and they were to cheap with the amount... Not visiting the store again... Thanks but no Thanks... I went to one in Puerto Rico one month after the storms. I'm gonna give them a pass. I will go to another one to find out if it gets better. The inside of the store was really very clean and the servers really nice. The reuse on my pie was kinda spicy.

After the 3rd try ordering via phone and waiting on hold for 10 minutes I finally got through a very annoyed employee. She seemed bothered by the fact that we were calling to order. Never the less, I was able to order and 30 minutes later I arrived to pick up my order and an employee from behind the counter asked me my name and phone number. I uncomfortably had to yell my name and number in front of everyone. He proceeded to let me know with a very demeaning attitude that they were not accepting credit cards. I didn’t have cash on me so I asked him why no one let me know on the phone and he said: “I’ll save it here for you till you come back from the atm machine”. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
