Take your chance to taste great latte or delicious tea. The great location of Panera Bread makes it easy to reach by any transport. A lot of visitors point out that the staff is well-trained here. Many guests have noticed that the service is terrific. From the guests' point of view, prices are medium. When you enter this place, you notice the nice atmosphere. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

This is a VERY busy/popular Panera due to its prime location - It is high traffic. So, good for them, b/c business is booming! Bad for you though b/c they can't keep up with bread manufacturing and are robbing you on Soup portions. Consumers Beware! Consistently, they are out of their flagship Baget bread when I eat here. Not certain if it's b/c of my timing - later hrs of the day? For being a place known for its bread, this shouldn't be happening consistently, yet it is happen consistently. Is the Manager regulating the bread production output based on slower traffic times? I understand bread output needs to fluctuate appropriately for the time of day, but it shouldn't cease entirely! Also, on my recent visit, I ordered a large bowl of the Tomato soup with my sandwich. My wife ordered a smal cup of the same soup. There is about a $4 difference in price, BUT NOT IN SURVING SIZE the way they are portioning. They literally charged me more for the bowl size with the same amount of soup served in the Cup. I took this up with the kitchen when I returned to show them the portion comparison between the cup and bowl. It was visually obvious that the serving sizes were equal. The person behind the counter wouldn't add more Soup to the larger bowl b/c 'No more Soup for you!' I've had it with these shenanigans. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Pretty slow customer service. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be ready on Saturday. Also, I wish Panera Bread had better quality spoons. This place can get very busy at times as they are extremely popular. That's always a great sign. My company orders catering often and the food is always great - it's always a crowd pleaser and nobody ever complains when they see that Panera box. Last Saturday 10/22 at noon, these two young men were working so hard and yet always with an upbeat attitude, still smiling and respectful to the customers. I could tell they either had a huge rush of orders or were short-staffed, yet my food was fresh and delicious (as always)! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is fine but two times now I’ve been here and they failed to get my drive thru order onto my Panera account. I pay for the sip club so would get a free drink. Only problem is they ask for my number, but then when I pick up my order there’s some random name on the receipt (but the order on the receipt is correct), and I was charged for the drink. My guess is one of the employees puts their own Panera account in for the orders to get the rewards? If it only happened once I wouldn’t have commented, but twice in a row is not a coincidence. Multiple times I've tried to order breakfast items that says available until 1030 but issue on website doesn't allow. Annoying! So on this day I tried their NEW Green Goddess Caprese melt sandwich. Of course not even close to what is pictured. There was barely any filling and just a huge loaf a bread basically. Very disappointing, at least their bread is good. I also had the Mexican corn chowder which I enjoyed even though was barely warm. Wonderful experience overall! Coffee on tap being refillable was a nice surprise, and the large location (surprisingly not busy) allows for a nice atmosphere for get togethers or solo studying/working sessions! I feel like I’ve given countless opportunities to get orders right but I’m consistently angry at how often a basic order modification gets ignored. Most of the time, it’s asking for extra cilantro on my flatbread because they almost always forget to put any in at all. Sometimes they still don’t put it on even when I order extra. Today it was a steak and cheddar and I asked for extra pickled onions (via the app, where such requests are literally built into the experience). I open up my sandwich and found a single sliver of onion. So obviously no one is reading these. It’s frustrating enough that a recipe isn’t faithful and advertises a critical taste-making ingredient that isn’t sufficiently included in the execution, but it’s infuriating when you bring attention to it and it’s literally no better. It’s no longer a debate about what’s considered “extra,” it’s just blatantly ignored. And it’s ignored over and over, systemically. Feels stupid to leave a review for a Panera Bread location in the first place, but worth complaining about at some point. Do better please. Food: 3 Service: 2
