I walked in today to place an order and have lunch with my daughter. There are about 10 people behind the The counter working if you wanna call it that. There are piles of dishes that need to be picked up. It took us 20 minutes to get our soup and sandwich. The lemonades and teas were not made. They were sitting in pictures and they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing used to go here every week. Fully staffed but still can't get order right even when they are slow. To busy talking not working. Never going to this place again. Food was not as ordered, the broccoli cheese soup was watery and tasted like someone put milk in it. Sandwich wasn't every fill hardly any meat or condiments in it. Plus wasn't even made to how I order it then instead of fixing it correctly they put my missing condiments on the side in container. Crappy service and horrible food. Never again. Finding a table to place a high chair when people are lined up against the wall is difficult. It’s tight on space at this location. Walking up to the counter, sometimes the employee will stare at you instead of asking if they can help you or take your order and you have to interrupt what they’re doing to order or get help. Haven't gotten food from this Panera in a while because they kept forgetting things off our order. Gave it another shot today, when I get home I find my wife's missing her 1/2 salad and my son's fruit cup is missing. We placed an online order through the app and picked up in the drive through. The location itself is nice and clean but the managers don't listen. She already had a bad attitude like she didn't want to help me and then I specifically asked for my bagel to be bread sliced AND toasted and she gives me a cold bagel. $70. This is what $70 looks like at this place. The bread was literally just thrown into the bag. Just as seen in the pic. Which I paid extra for and didn’t eat because of obvious reasons. And let’s discuss this $14 sandwich. (I’m early 40’s) but remember in school as a kid when you had a field trip and the lunch room sent sack lunches?… This sandwich looked EXACTLY like that. A school issued sack lunch sandwich. Anyone could make a sandwich from home to look more appetizing than this. I honestly just laughed. There’s NO WAY that anyone who works there, especially management, would pay that much money for this sandwich. I work in food and bev so I get that’s it’s busy and every place is short staffed. But let’s be real. This is sad on so many levels. I’m super disappointed and can assure you that I’ll NEVER order from there again. Absolute waste of my HARD EARNED money.

Messed up order sandwich wS bare and I i paid for add ons. Had to return the next day as I live 30 minutes away. Bagel thrown on top other food. My scrambled egg, bacon and cheese on ciabatta sandwich came with out cheese and on the wrong bread. This is not the first time my order has been wrong. I love the location but am tired of not having the quality of food Panera promises.
