Ordered Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt and one soup. Waited 20 min for my to go order . Saw lots of people that ordered after me get the food before me. Came home to see that there is no chicken inside my sandwich. Tomatoes. Are tasteless as you can see in the picture. Panera is not cheap so we expect the food quality to be not cheap. I rarely come here and now I see why. Panera quality has decreased so much over the years. Maybe different locations are better but Auburn and Federal Way have always been very bad experience. I got a cold sandwich, I took it back asking to warm up my bread, the employee ask me to microwave myself. So what’s the point of dining in? Excellent place for a quick lunch. The drip coffee could be a little more fresh at 1pm. The chocolate croissants were a little hard but decent. They could ask for the pastries to be heated. Overall nice customer service.

One of the pictures is what I ordered and the other two are what I got. I'll let you guess which was what. The spicy chicken sandwich was uninspired with a total of 1 and 1/2 fried pickle chips. The chicken breast was tender and moist but that was the only redeeming aspect of the sandwich. The store was clean and staff friendly but I went for the food which was unsatisfying. Worst experience I've ever had at a Panera. Placed order online and was told 6:25 pickup time. Arrived not long after 6:25. Received notification the order was ready. Asked several employees about our order. Waited another 20 minutes. Finally got my order and staff didn't seem to understand why I would be upset when I had to ask again. When I go to leave the delivery truck is blocking the exit. Couldn't be bothered to mark the sandwiches and very little meat in either one. I have had better experiences at this location in the past. The store was swamped with a ton of orders and impatient customers when I came in. The cashier was incredible and upgraded my drink while I waited for free, even though I offered to pay. He was super professional and gracious despite the circumstances. The whole team was calm, kind, and efficient, knocking out all the orders. My Green Goddess Baguette was made to perfection and well worth the wait. Big kudos to the team for being short-staffed, dealing with moody guests, and still delivering the best food. You'd better not join the Sip club or they need to stop the service. I like the light roast or hazelnut. Yet, it's out 2 out of 3 visits. When I remind them, some times they yell... Sometimes ... The dirty look. Well.. don't have to yell... Oh.. don't think you will have half and half. It's always bottom and you'd better save it for next person.
